ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﺒﻮﺑﯿﺖ و ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﺑﺎزار ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ، اﯾﻤﻨﯽ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ ﯾﮏ ﻧﮕﺮاﻧﯽ ﻋﻤﺪه در ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن داروﯾﯽ، ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻫﺎي ﺿﺪﻋﻔﻮﻧﯽ ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﻣﻬﻤﯽ در راﺳﺘﺎي ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻮده و در ﻣﯿﺰان اﺛﺮ ﺑﺨﺸﯽ در درﻣﺎن اﻫﻤﯿﺖ زﯾﺎدي دارد. دﻣﻨﻮش ﻫﺎي ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ از اﯾﻦ ﻗﺎﻋﺪه ﻣﺴﺘﺜﻨﯽ ﻧﯿﺴﺘﻨﺪ و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن داروﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻤﻮل ﭘﺲ از ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺧﺸﮏ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ و ﻗﺒﻞ از ﺧﺸﮏ ﮐﺮدن ﺿﺪﻋﻔﻮﻧﯽ ﻧﻤﯽ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ، ﺿﺪﻋﻔﻮﻧﯽ ﺳﺎزي ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن داروﯾﯽ ﭘﺲ از ﺧﺸﮏ ﮐﺮدن ﺑﺎﯾﺪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﺬﯾﺮد. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺿﺪ ﻋﻔﻮﻧﯽ دﻣﻨﻮش ﻫﺎي ﺳﻪ ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺎﺑﻮﻧﻪ، آوﯾﺸﻦ و ﭼﺎي ﺗﺮش ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻫﺎي ازن و ﻣﺎﮐﺮووﯾﻮ در زﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ و ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﮐﻠﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان از ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ روش ﻫﺎي ازن و ﻣﺎﮐﺮووﯾﻮ ﺑﺮ ﺑﺎر ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺑﯽ اﺳﺘﺎﻓﯿﻠﻮﮐﻮﮐﻮس اورﺋﻮس ﺑﺮ دﻣﻨﻮش ﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﺑﻮﻧﻪ، آوﯾﺸﻦ و ﭼﺎي ﺗﺮش ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ روش ﺿﺪﻋﻔﻮﻧﯽ ازن ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺎﮐﺮووﯾﻮ، ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﯿﺶ ﺗﺮي در ﮐﺎﻫﺶ آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ ﻧﺎﺷﯽ از اﺳﺘﺎﻓﯿﻠﻮﮐﻮﮐﻮس اورﺋﻮس را داﺷﺖ. در ﻣﯿﺎن دﻣﻨﻮش ﻫﺎ، اﺑﺘﺪا دﻣﻨﻮش ﺑﺎﺑﻮﻧﻪ و ﺳﭙﺲ دﻣﻨﻮش آوﯾﺸﻦ ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﯿﺶ ﺗﺮي ﺑﻪ ﺿﺪﻋﻔﻮﻧﯽ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ زﯾﺮا دﻣﻨﻮش ﺑﺎﺑﻮﻧﻪ ﺧﺎﺻﯿﺖ ﺿﺪﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻢ ﺗﺮي ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ دو دﻣﻨﻮش دﯾﮕﺮ داﺷﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
According to popularity and expansion of the global market, the safety of plant products is a major public
health concern. Therefore, evaluation of the health quality of medicinal plants, as well as the use of
disinfection methods are important steps in the health of the consumer and are important in the
effectiveness of treatment. Herbal tea are no exception, and since medicinal plants usually dry quickly
after harvest and are not disinfected before drying, disinfection of medicinal plants should be done after
drying. In this study, the disinfection of three medicinal plants including chamomile, thyme and hibiscus
tea was investigated using ozone and microwave methods at different times and concentrations. In
general, it can be concluded from the effect of ozone and microwave methods on the microbial load of
Staphylococcus aureus on chamomile, thyme and hibiscus tea that the ozone disinfection method had a
greater ability to reduce the microbial load caused by Staphylococcus aureus. Among the hebal tea,
chamomile tea first and then thyme tea were more in need of disinfection because chamomile tea had less
antibacterial activity than the other two herbal tea.
