Baltistan is developing faster than before, and the western culture is growing among the community, especially among the youth and three prominent institutions, the familyinstitution,educational institutes and the society in Baltistan. And these three elements play an essential role in the religiosity of the youth. This study base on descriptive-analytical method try to bold the problems and explain the solution regards this issue. Some damaging factors regarding the family institution related to the right training and education of the youth that directly affect the religiosity of the youth are: lack of attention to moral elements of upbringing, lack of awareness regarding education, physical punishment, and absenceof equality, breaking promises, ignorance about the modern trends of the current age, and ignorance of religious training. Some factors that hurt youth religiosity are due to educational institutions like the absence of a well-trained instructor, lack of awareness of religious instructions, deviation in spiritual content, incompetent teachers, and superficial upbringing. Additionally, damaging factors related to the society are: the mixing of men and women, the toxic atmosphere in the community, lack of Hijab, bad friends, cultural invasion and the media. Some solutions for deflecting the harmful factors in youth upbringing in Baltistan are: 1. Causative solutions including spouse selection, family environment, and society; 2. Islamic solutions like emulation, encouragement, and preaching 3. Ethical training includes respecting children, Enjoying Good [Ma ruf] and Forbidding from Evil and cautionary tales. 4. Spiritual training includes teaching religious concepts, faith, Bing prayer, and familiarizing them with Ahkams and the Quran.
