ارزيابي ريسك شتابدهنده‌ها در انتخاب استارتاپ‌ها - مطالعه موردي

ريسك، يكي از اركان تأثيرگذار در انتخاب استارت‌آپ توسط شتاب‌دهندهها است كه به برآورد صحيح موفقيت استارت‌آپ كمك مي‌كند. در همين راستا ارزيابي ريسك به شتاب‌دهنده كمك مي‌كند تا برداشت روشني از وضعيت آينده استارت‌آپ داشته باشد. عوامل متعددي بر انتخاب استارت‌آپ‌ها تأثير مي‌گذارند كه در اين ميان، ريسك از اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار است. عدم مديريت ريسك استارت‌آپ يكي از مهم‌ترين عوامل عدم تحقق اهداف شتاب‌دهنده مي‌باشد كه موجب بروز شكست و هدررفت منابع شتاب‌دهنده‌ها مي‌گردد تا جايي كه مي‌تواند اعتبار شتاب‌دهنده‌ها را زير سؤال ببرد. در اين پژوهش از روش دلفي براي شناسايي ريسك‌ها و از مدل تصميم‌گيري چندمعياره براي ارزيابي ريسك‌هاي پذيرش استارت‌آپ‌ها توسط شتاب‌دهنده‌ها و اولويت‌بندي گزينه‌هاي موردنظر، استفاده شده است. به كمك روش سلسله مراتبي و ديمتل ريسك‌هاي شناسايي شده وزن‌دهي و در نهايت استارت‌آپ‌هاي موردنظر به روش ويكور فازي اولويت‌بندي و انتخاب شدند.

Risk is one of the most influential elements in the startup s choice of accelerator, which helps to accurately estimate the success of the startup. In this regard, risk assessment helps the accelerator to have a clear understanding of the future status of the startup. Numerous factors influence the selection of startups, among which, risk is of particular importance. Lack of startup risk management is one of the most important factors that cause the accelerators to fail to achieve their goals, which leads to the failure and loss of accelerator resources to the extent that it can question the credibility of accelerators. In this study, the Delphi method has been used to identify risks and the multi-criteria decision model has been used to evaluate the risks of accepting startups by accelerators and prioritizing the desired options. Using the hierarchical and Dematel methods, the identified risks were weighed and finally the start-ups were prioritized and selected by the fuzzy Vikor method.
