آينده‌پژوهي مشاغل بخش سلامت در افق 1414

روندها و تغيير و تحولات صورت گرفته در دنيا باعث مي‌شوند كه در آينده ماهيت مشاغل و وظايف آن‌ها با امروز متفاوت باشد. اين امر سبب مي‌شود نيروي كار آموزش ديده در بافتار فعلي جامعه كه براي مشاغل مورد نياز جامعه كنوني آموزش ديده‌اند، براي ايفاي نقش در مشاغل جديد و نوظهور آينده آمادگي لازم را نداشته باشند. در اين بين مشاغل بخش سلامت به واسطه تاثيرپذيري بالاي از روندها و تحولات آينده، با شدت بيشتري نسبت به شرايط امروز تغيير خواهند كرد. از اين رو پژوهش حاضر به دنبال آينده‌پژوهي مشاغل بخش سلامت است. براي اين هدف از رويكرد كيفي پويش محيطي به عنوان يك روش اكتشافي در آينده‌پژوهي استفاده شده است. در اين راستا با استفاده از بررسي اسناد و گزارش‌ها و همچنين مصاحبه با متخصصان اين حوزه، فهرست روندهاي تحول‌آفرين آينده در اين بخش و همچنين تأثير آن بر مشاغل اين بخش تحليل شد. در مجموع نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه تغييرات تكنولوژيك مانند اتوماسيون، روباتيك و هوش مصنوعي مشاغل اين حوزه را به شدت تحت تأثير قرار داده و الگوي جديدي در مشاغل اين حوزه به وجود خواهند آورد. از طرف ديگر، رويكردها و نوع نگاه جديد در حوزه سلامت باعث تغيير جامعه هدف اصلي مشاغل اين بخش شده و تمركز بر شغل‌هاي مراقبتي و پيش‌گيرانه را بالا مي‌برد. اين عوامل نهايتاً باعث افزايش تقاضا براي مشاغل تخصصي و خدمت محور اين بخش شده و ضريب نفوذ اين مشاغل در زندگي روزمره را بيشتر خواهد نمود.

Trends and transformations in the world will make the nature of jobs and their agendas be different in the future. This will cause professionalized labor who trained for in-demand jobs in present societal context not to be ready for new and emergent jobs in the future. In this circumstance, jobs in healthcare field will face more intense changes due to influence from trends and transformations of the future. So, aim of this research is future study of healthcare jobs. For this purpose, the qualitative approach of Environmental Scanning has been used as a future study method. In this regard, using a review of documents and reports, as well as conducting interviews with experts in this field, list of future transformational trends in this sector and also impacts on jobs in this sector were analyzed. In summary, research results indicate that technological changes like automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence strongly influence the future jobs of healthcare and underlies new patterns of future of healthcare jobs. On the other hand, new approaches towards healthcare will diversify the main target groups of this sector and increases focus on caring and preventing jobs. Eventually, these factors increase the demand for more professionalized and service-oriented jobs in the future and also healthcare jobs will penetrate on everyday life-style of people.
