Differences between men and women from the perspective of Nahj al Balagha

اين مقاله به تبيين و بررسي تفاوت‌هاي زن و مرد در خطبه ۸۰ نهج البلاغه، پرداخته است. اسناد و منابع گوياي اين نكته هستند كه اين خطبه، پس از جنگ جمل ايراد شده است. خطبه ي مذكور در سه محور زنان را نواقص الايمان، نواقص الحظوظ و نواقص العقول عنوان كرده و در ادامه به بيان علل و فلسفه اطلاق اين عناوين به زنان اشاره شده است. در حالي كه اتصاف زنان به اين صفات، با تعاليم قرآني سازگاري ندارد، بايد در نظر داشت مقصود امام علي (ع) در اين خطبه، بيان تفاوت هايي است كه زنان در انجام عبادات، ارث بردن و شهادت دادن در مقايسه با مردان دارند. روش اين پژوهش به صورت توصيفي-تحليلي و كتابخانه‌اي بوده است و نتايج آن نشان مي‌دهد كه نبايد به جنبه ارزشي اين تفاوت-ها تكيه كرد و لزوم بررسي و مطالعه پيرامون هر خطبه‌اي از جمله اين خطبه، همراهي و تمسك به قرآن و سيره عملي امام (ع) و دلايل مذكور در متن آن است.

This article explains and examines the differences between men and women in the 80th sermon of Nahj al-Balagha. Documents and sources indicate that this sermon was delivered after the Battle of Jamal. The sermon mentioned in the three axes of women as the shortcomings of faith, the shortcomings of presence and the shortcomings of the minds, and in the continuation, the reasons and philosophy of applying these titles to women have been mentioned. While the attribution of women to these attributes is not compatible with the teachings of the Qur an, it should be borne in mind that the purpose of Imam Ali in this sermon is to express the differences that women have in performing worship, inheriting and witnessing compared to men. The method of this research has been descriptive-analytical and library and the results show that one should not rely on the value aspect of these differences and the need to study about any sermon, including this sermon, is to accompany to the Qur an and the practical life of Imam and the reasons mentioned in its text.
