چكيده فارسي :
مديريت فرهنگي: فرايند برنامه ريزي، ساز مان دهي، هدايت، رهبري ونظارت بر مجموعه اي از فعاليت هاي كه در راستاي انتقال، تثبيت وترويج و تكامل فرهنگي مشخص، با تمامي اجزا وعناصر آن دنبال مي شود دانست. بنابر ارزش كه مديريت فرهنگي دارد، اين مقاله با روش توصيفي و تحليلي در مورد نقش مديريت فرهنگي بانوان در تمدن نوين اسلامي پرداخته است. كار كرد هاي تحقيق بررسي مديريت فرهنگي، ابعاد مديريت فرهنگي از نظر هافستند(فاصله قدرت،اجتناب ازعدم قطعيت و.....)، مدل ادگار شاين(مفروضات، ارزشها وهنجارها ....) فرضيه هاي مورد بررسي در اين تحقيق: تمدن نوين اسلامي والزام هاي آن(توجه به علوم ومعارف قرآني، تلاش مجدانه با اعتقاد راسخ و....)، نقش زنان در مديريت فرهنگي تمدن نوين اسلامي چيست؟ نقش زنان در شكل دهي تبين وتثبيت باورها ومفروضات تمدن نوين اسلامي چيست؟ نقش زنان در تبين وتثبيت باورها وارزشهاي تمدن نوين اسلامي چيست؟ نقش زنان در تبين وتثبيت هنجارهاي مرتبط با تمدن نوين اسلامي چيست؟ نقش زنان درتبين و تثبيت ساخته ها و علايم تمدن نوين اسلامي چگونه است؟ صورت گرفت. از آن جاي كه فرهنگ مجموعه اي از باورها، ارزشها، هنجارها مي باشد.در اين پژوهش اين فرضيه ها مورد بررسي قرار گرفته ونتيجه به دست آمده اين است كه زنان نقش مؤثري در شكل دهي باورها، انديشه ها وهنجارهاي يك جامعه كه شكل دهنده فرهنگ جامعه است دارند ومي توانند در مديريت فرهنگي يك جامعه موثر باشند.
