تهيه و بررسي فرمولاسيون لعاب كاشي كف تك پخت با استفاده از اكسيد استرانسيم با هدف كاهش مصرف اكسيد روي

Preparation and evaluation of fast fire floor tile glaze formulation using strontium oxide with the aim of reducing zinc oxide consumption

پژوهش حاضر با هدف كاهش مصرف اكسيد روي با اصلاح فرمولاسيون متداول لعاب شفاف كاشي كف (پخت سريع) با استفاده از اكسيد استرانسيم صورت گرفت. لعاب‌ها در دو سيستم سراميكي SiO2–Al2O3–CaO–MgO–K2O–B2O3–SrO و SiO2–Al2O3–CaO–MgO–B2O3–ZnO تهيه شدند. جهت مقايسه و ارزيابي محل اتصال بدنه و لعاب، سطح مقطع شكست نمونه‌ها با ميكروسكوپ الكتروني روبشي(SEM) بررسي و همچنين رفتار حرارتي هر دو لعاب با استفاده از ميكروسكوپ حرارتي (HSM) مقايسه شد. تست هاي تكميلي آناليز فازي (XRD) لعاب فريت شده براي هر دو نمونه انجام شد. نتايج پژوهش مطابق با استاندارد ملي ايران شماره 25 بود.

The aim of this study was to reduce the consumption of zinc oxide by modifying the common formulation of transparent glaze of floor tiles (fast firing) using strontium oxide. The glazes were prepared in two ceramic systems SiO2–Al2O3–CaO–MgO–K2O–B2O3–SrO and SiO2–Al2O3–CaO–MgO–B2O3–ZnO. To compare and evaluate the junction of the body and the glaze, the cross-sectional area of ​​the samples was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and also the thermal behavior of both glazes was compared using hot stage microscope (HSM). Additional tests were performed on XRD analysis of fritted glaze was performed for both samples. The results of the research were in accordance with Iranian National Standard No. 25.
