بررسي برداشتهاي متعارض از مفهوم تروريسم در روابط بين الملل و تاثير آن بر رشد و گسترش تروريسم در خاورميانه

برداشت غرب از مفهوم تروريسم با توجه به جهان بيني واقع گرايي و ذهنيت مادي گرا و لاييك و امپرياليستي و تفسيري صرفا ماده محور و ماكياويليستي و غير اخلاق مدار از منافع ملي خود همه دست به دست هم داده تا با اتخاذ استراتژي استاندارد دوگانه و منافع محور در تعريف تروريسم نتواند بصورت موثر با تروريسم مبارزه كند .از سوي ديگر برداشت انحرافي گروههاي تروريستي از اسلام باعث شده چهره خشني از اسلام ارايه شود كه باعث دستاويز محافل صهيونيستي و غربي در مورد اسلام شده است در برابر اين تفاسير برداشت واقعي و سالم از مفاهيم اسلامي در رد هر نوع خشونت و ارزش داشتن جان انسانها را مي توان در سالهاي اخير در سياست خارجي جمهوري اسلامي ايران خصوصا در سوريه يافت يعني سياست مبتني بر اصول اسلامي و انساني با حفظ منافع ملي مطابق با اصول اسلامي و انقلابي است.در نهايت اين برداشتهاي متفاوت و گاها متعارض بيش از هر چيز باعث رشد تروريسم و به نفع گروههاي تروريستي شده است چرا كه اجماع جهاني در تعريف اين مقوله باعث ضعف جبهه جهاني بر عليه تروريسم مي شود .بدون ترديد ريشه اين خشونت را بايد در استانداردهاي دوگانه و برخورد ابزاري دولت‌هاي حامي تروريسم دانست كه از يازدهم سپتامبر 2001 و پيش از آن با سياست‌هاي نابخردانه خود زمينه‌هاي پرورش القاعده و نسل‌هاي بعدي آن را فراهم ساختند. زماني در دوره رياست جمهوري كلينتون كه ناوهاي آمريكا در سواحل يمن هدف اقدامات تروريستي قرار گرفتند يا سفارتخانه‌هاي آمريكا در تانزانيا و كنيا در سال 1998 منهدم شدند، مقامات آمريكايي ريشه اين تروريسم را در فقر مي‌پنداشتند و بعد از حادثه 11 سپتامبر در اشتباهي ديگر آن را به اسلام و انديشه‌هاي اسلامي مرتبط ساختند، اما هيچ گاه شهامت اين را نداشتند كه اعتراف كنند تروريسم ريشه در جاهليت مدرن دارد؛ جاهليت مدرني كه معماران آن ائتلاف ناميموني از كشورهاي غربي و برخي كشورهاي منطقه هستند. اين ائتلاف ظاهرا با تروريسم مي‌جنگد، اما در پس پرده از حاميان اصلي تروريسم محسوب مي‌شود به همين علت است كه رهبر انقلاب در نامه دوم به جوانان غربي تاكيد دارند، نخستين مرحله در ايجاد امنيت و آرامش، اصلاح اين انديشه‌هاي خشونت‌زاست كه ريشه آن نيز به معيارهاي دوگانه در سياست غرب و تقسيم تروريسم به خوب و بد و ارجح دانستن منافع دولت‌ها بر ارزش‌هاي انساني و اخلاقي بازمي‌گردد. اميد است با درك اين پيام به عنوان نسخه‌اي براي درمان درد مشترك يعني تروريسم كه اختاپوس‌وار بر زندگي مردمان جهان خصوصا كشورهاي اسلامي سايه افكنده است. اسلام‌هراسي در تفكر غربي رخت بربندد و تروريسم افسارگسيخته مهار و ريشه‌كن شود.از سوي ديگر اگر به مواضع جمهوري اسلامي به عنوان يك كشور اسلامي و نماد حمايت از مظلومان نگاه بيافكنيم خصوصا در جريان بحران سوريه به خوبي مي توان تاثير آموزه هاي اسلامي و انقلابي ناشي از فرهنگ شيعه و اسلام ناب را در آن يافت مثل حفظ دولت سوريه و تماميت ارضي اين كشور جهت حفظ محور مقاومت و حمايت از انتفاضه فلسطين از يك سو و از سوي ديگر همزمان مبارزه با اسلام داعشي و تكفيري كه چهره خشن از اسلام ارايه داده و سعي در تخريب اسلام گاها از طريق ارتباط با سرويسهاي مخفي غربي داشتند. اين سياست نمونه بارز يك جهان بيني اسلامي در مبارزه با تروريسم است
