Green architectural design considerations of residential complexes on the edge of urban rivers

توجه به جنبه هاي مختلف طراحي مسكوني، پاسخگويي مناسب به نيازها و بهبود كيفيت زندگي ساكنين و افزايش كيفيت محيط زيست اطراف ساختمان را نيز منجر مي شود. در مواردي كه همجواري با عناصر محيطي خاصي مانند رودخانه شهري وجود داشته باشد، اين مسئله اهميت بيشتري نيز پيدا مي كند. براي دستيابي به اين خواسته ها، معماري سبز مي تواند مطلوب ترين راه حل باشد؛ معماري سبز، همزمان به طبيعت و انسان از جنبه هاي مختلف آن ها انديشيده و نيازهايشان را بدون آسيب به ديگري پاسخ مي دهد. هدف از نگارش اين مقاله، دستيابي به رويكردها و اصولي است كه با به كارگيري آن ها در فرآيند طراحي، بتوان به ساختماني مسكوني دست يافت كه در هماهنگي كامل با كريدور و منظر رودخانه باشد. در اين مطالعه، جهت نيل به نتايج، از روش مطالعه توصيفي تحليلي و جهت گرداوري اطلاعات نيز از منابع كتابخانه اي استفاده شده است. در پايان، اصولي مانند فرم و كشيدگي بنا، جهت گيري صحيح جغرافيايي، استفاده از مصالح سازگار با اقليم و ... جهت طراحي سبز ساختمان مسكوني در لبه رودخانه هاي شهري متناسب با اقليم گرم و نيمه مرطوب بيان و سپس در ارتباط با هر اصل، الگوهايي نيز تشريح شده است. استفاده طراحان از نتايج اين پژوهش مي تواند بخشي از مشكلات امروزه ي طراحي اين نوع ساختمان ها را كاهش دهد.

Paying attention to various aspects of residential design leads to appropriate response to the needs and improvement of the quality of life of the residents, and to the increase of the quality of the environment around the building. In cases where there is a neighborhood with certain environmental elements such as a urban river, this issue becomes more important. To achieve these demands, green architecture can be the most desirable solution; Green architecture simultaneously thinks about nature and man from their different aspects and responds to their needs without harming the other. The purpose of writing this article is to achieve the approaches and principles that by using them in the design process, it is able to achieve a residential building that is in complete harmony with the corridor and the view of the river. In this study, in order to achieve the results, descriptive analytical study method was used and library sources were also used to collect information. In the end, the principles such as the form and elongation of the building, the correct geographical orientation, the use of materials compatible with the climate, etc., for the green design of residential buildings on the edge of urban rivers, suitable for the hot and semi-humid climate, and then in relation to each principle, patterns are also described. Designers using the results of this research can reduce some of the problems of designing these types of buildings today.
