چكيده فارسي :
كيفيت كالبدي بدنه و ساختمان هاي شهر بر نوع نگاه مردم، پاسخگويي به نيازهاي زيبايي شناسي انسان و رفتارهاي آن ها تاثير مي گذارد. كيفيت پايين كالبدي نماي ساختمان ها، نيازهاي رواني انسان را تامين نمي كند و بر منظر شهري اثر مخرب دارد. از آنجا كه در كيفيت ساختمان، نوع و سرعت اجرا نيز اهميت دارد، اين تحقيق به دنبال بررسي تاثير سرعت اجرا بر كيفيت كالبدي نماي ساختمان هاي مسكوني از ديد مردم خواهد بود. اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي مي باشد كه با بررسي كتابخانه اي و يافتن مولفه هاي كالبدي، از طريق مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته با متخصصين، مولفه هاي كالبدي موثر بر نماي ساختمان دسته بندي شده و با تهيه و تحليل پرسشنامه تكميل شده توسط 100 نفر از شهروندان و عابرين پياده در خيابان قصرالدشت شيراز، اولويت بندي عوامل كيفيت كالبدي از نگاه مردم در ساختمان هاي مسكوني به دست مورد بررسي و واكاوي قرار گرفت. در فرآيند اين بررسي براي 15 نماي مسكوني در سه دسته ساختمان هاي زير 1 سال، 1 تا 5/1 سال و 5/1 تا 2 سال از نظر سرعت اجرا، با ثابت نگهداشتن متغيرهاي مداخله گر مانند شرايط جوي حين ساخت و ارتفاع، انجام پذيرفت. از ميان معيارهاي كالبدي، كيفيت منظر، موقعيت قرارگيري و عناصر طبيعي بعنوان اولويت هاي اول تا سوم از نظر شهروندان در نماي ساختمان هاي مورد بررسي مي باشند و پس از بررسي نماي ساختمان ها اين نتيجه حاصل شد كه سرعت اجرا با كيفيت كالبدي رابطه مستقيم و معنادار دارد.

The physical quality of the city s body and buildings affects the way people look, respond to the aesthetic needs of people, and their behaviors. The low physical quality of buildings does not meet the psychological needs of people and has a destructive effect on the urban landscape. Since the type and speed of execution are also important in building quality, this research will investigate the effect of execution speed on the physical quality of the facade of residential buildings from the eyes of the people. This research is of a descriptive-analytical type, which is categorized by library research and finding physical components, through semi-structured interviews with experts, physical components affecting the facade of the building and by preparing and analyzing Questionnaire completed by 100 citizens and pedestrians in Qasr al-Dasht Street, Shiraz, the prioritization of physical quality factors from the perspective of people in residential buildings was examined and analyzed. In the process of this investigation, for 15 residential facades in three categories of buildings under 1 year, 1 to 1.5 years, and 1.5 to 2 years in terms of execution speed, by keeping the intervening variables such as weather conditions during construction and height constant. , accepted. Among the physical criteria, landscape quality, location and natural elements are the first to third priorities from the citizens point of view in the facades of the examined buildings, and after examining the facades of the buildings, it was concluded that the speed of implementation is related to the physical quality. It is direct and meaningful.
