بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر روند بازسازي شهر پس از جنگ ( نمونه موردي شهر القرنه)

Investigating the effective factors on the reconstruction process of the city after the war (a case study of the city of Al-Qarna)

بخشي از آسيب‌هاي شهر القرنه در طي جنگ‌هاي متوالي هنگام بازسازي نمايان شده‌اند. محدوديت زماني و اقتصادي در بازسازي جهت ازسرگيري زندگي همچنين عدم برنامه‌ريزي باعث ايجاد الگوهاي نامطلوب در ساخت‌وساز شده است. اين پژوهش به بررسي تأثيرات جنگ بر سليقه ساكنان شهر القرنه در بازسازي شهر و عوامل مؤثر بر آن، به روش كيفي و با توزيع پرسش‌نامه بين شهروندان القرنه پرداخته است. بر اساس يافته‌ها، كم‌توجهي به معماري متناسب با اقليم، فرهنگ و پيشينه شهر به دليل خلأ الگويي مناسب و عدم مديريت صحيح شهرداري درزمينه بازسازي تأثير منفي بر روند بازسازي شهر القرنه پس از جنگ داشته است.

Part of the damage of the Al-Qurnah city in successive wars has been revealed during the reconstruction. The time and economic limitation in reconstruction to resume life as well as the lack of planning has caused undesirable patterns in construction. Using the qualitative method and distribution of questionnaires among the citizens of Al-Qurnah, this research has investigated the effect of war on the Style of residents of Al-Qurnah city in the reconstruction of the city and the factors affecting it. According to the findings, the lack of attention to the architecture suitable for the climate, culture and history of the city due to the lack of a suitable model and the lack of proper management of the municipality in the field of reconstruction has had negative effects on the process of reconstruction of the Al-Quarnah city after the war.
