The role of green roof in the formation of cities with a green and biophilic economy approach

بام سبز يكي از رويكردهاي نوين معماري و شهرسازي و برخاسته از مفاهيم توسعه‌ي پايدار است كه از آن مي‌توان در جهت افزايش سرانه فضاي سبز، ارتقاي كيفيت محيط‌زيست و توسعه پايدار شهري بهره برد. استفاده كاربردي از بام‌ها مي‌تواند به‌عنوان امكان بهره‌برداري بهينه از زمين‌هاي شهري قلمداد شود لذا در اين تحقيق نقش بام سبز در شكل‌گيري شهرهايي با رويكرد اقتصاد سبز موردبررسي قرار مي‌گيرد. مقاله‌ي حاضر با روش توصيفي – تحليلي است و ازلحاظ هدف كاربردي هست. هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي نقش بام سبز در شكل‌گيري شهرهايي با رويكرد اقتصاد سبز است. شيوه جمع‌آوري داده‌ها به‌صورت پيمايشي - كتابخانه‌اي است. به‌طوري‌كه ضمن مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و پيمايشي - ميداني از نظرات كارشناسان نيز، استفاده‌شده است. جهت امتيازدهي به معيارها و پارامترهاي مربوطه براي شناسايي و انتخاب اثرگذارترين شاخص‌ها در اقتصاد سبز، از طريق فن ديمتل جهت بررسي شاخص‌هاي بر نقش بام سبز در شكل‌گيري شهرهايي با رويكرد اقتصاد سبز استفاده مي‌شود. سپس پرسشنامه‌ي مربوط به روش ديمتل فازي جهت تبيين و ارزيابي روابط علت و معلولي ميان اين عوامل تدوين و در اختيار خبرگان اين حوزه قرار گرفت. پرسشنامه مذكور شامل 12 متغير بود و 25 متخصص و كارشناس به ميزان تأثير هر عامل نسبت به عامل ديگر امتياز دادند. پس از جمع‌آوري پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از روش ديمتل فازي روابط علي بين عوامل تعيين‌شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد با تمام مزاياي گسترده‌ي محيط زيستي بام‌هاي سبز، بالا بودن هزينه‌هاي اجرايي نصب و راه‌اندازي، آبياري و حفظ و نگه‌داري از فضاي سبز اين‌گونه بام‌ها و در يك‌كلام مسائل اقتصادي مانع از آن است كه اين فناوري نوين جايگاه شايسته خود را در شهرهاي پايدار معاصر پيدا كند. قرن گذشته بام‌ها به دليل منافع كاربردي‌شان و اين روزها به دليل منافع محيط زيستي‌شان سبز مي‌شوند. با ادغام اين دو ايده و اضافه كردن منافع بي‌شمار اجتماعي ناشي از كاربردي كردن اين فضاها، حكومت‌هاي محلي مي‌توانند در راستاي توسعه پايدار بام‌هاي سبز و مديريت پايدار شهري گام‌هاي مهمي بردارند.

Abstract Green roof is one of the new approaches to architecture and urban planning and arises from the concepts of sustainable development, which can be used to increase the per capita green space, improve the quality of the environment and sustainable urban development. Practical use of roofs can be considered as a possibility of optimal use of urban lands, so in this study, the role of green roofs in the formation of cities with a green economy approach is investigated. The present article is descriptive-analytical and is applied in terms of purpose. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of green roof in the formation of cities with a green economy approach. The method of data collection is survey-library. In addition to library and survey studies, the opinions of experts have also been used. In order to score the relevant criteria and parameters to identify and select the most effective indicators in the green economy, through the Demethel method to examine the indicators on the role of green roof in the formation of cities with a green economy approach is used. Then, a questionnaire related to the fuzzy dimtel method was developed to explain and evaluate the cause and effect relationships between these factors and was provided to experts in this field. The questionnaire consisted of 12 variables and 25 experts rated the impact of each factor on the other. After collecting the questionnaires using fuzzy dimtel method, causal relationships between the factors have been determined. The results of the research show that with all the wide environmental benefits of green roofs, high operating costs of installation and commissioning, irrigation and maintenance of green space of such roofs and, in a word, economic issues prevent this new technology from taking its rightful place in cities. By combining these two ideas and adding the countless social benefits of using these spaces, local governments can take important steps toward sustainable green roof development and sustainable urban management.
