The effect of electrostatic interaction between rhodamine B(RhB) and polystyrensofunate (PSS) polyelectrolytes on flourescence is analyzed.beacuse of aromatic-aromatic electrostatic interation of RhB and PSS high level of dye could doped in polymer .ionic self assemblly resultes in self aggregation of RhB dye and reduced ites flourescence efficiency.on the other hand increasing polymer concentration enhanced flourescence.
