In this work, ZnS:Mn nano pigments were synthesized through co-precipitation method with using poly vinyl pyrolidone as the capping agent. The as-synthesized powder was utilized in screen printing ink formulation. The synthesized sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The nano pigments comprise particles of 30-40 nm in diameter. The maximum photoluminescence (PL) intensity was obtained with 2% mol manganese and 0.04g PVP. PL spectra exhibits a dominant emission peak at around 595nm. The optimum synthesized nano pigments were well mixed with especial resin and paste ink suitable for screen printing. The prepared ink was applied on different fabrics. PL spectrums of fabrics also represent the peak on the same wavelength but with less intensity. The results show that linen fabric has the most luminescent intensity.
