Ferrocene shows very good performance in electron transferring from the red/ox active center of the immobilized enzyme immersed in the solution into the electrode and can act as a mediator of electron transfer. The combination of graphene and Ferrocene can be affect on the performance, efficiency and sensitivity of biosensor as well as, reduce the detection limit and increase the linear range.
