هنر خوشنويسي به‌واسطه نگارش و انتقال كلام وحي از اهميت معنوي بالايي برخوردار است و صفت هنر قدسي به آن اطلاق مي‌شود. در نظر كارشناسان و استادان هنر، خوشنويسي سرچشمۀ هنرهاي تجسمي سنتي محسوب مي‌شود. همچنين خوشنويسي به دليل ماهيت نوشتاري خود و با توجه ‌به اين‌كه خط از عوامل ضروري در انتقال مفاهيم و ارتباطات بشري محسوب مي‌شود، در سير تاريخي مختلف كاربردهاي گوناگوني داشته است. امروزه با توجه‌ به تغيير در سبك زندگي و گستردگي ارتباطات، نوع استفاده از هنرهاي مختلف به‌عنوان رسانه به‌ويژه گرافيك، بر اساس نياز جامعه مدرن تغيير كرده است و هنر خوشنويسي نيز از اين قاعده مستثني نيست، امروزه اين هنر را نه‌تنها به‌صورت هنري والا مرتبه، بلكه در دنياي روزمره و استفاده‌هاي كاربردي در تبليغات نيز مشاهده مي‌شود. مقاله پيش رو سعي دارد به سؤالاتي از قبيل: كاربرد و جايگاه خوشنويسي در دنياي امروز چيست؟ و آيا استفاده از خوشنويسي در امر تبليغات باعث ايجاد تنزل در جايگاه والاي اين هنر مي‌شود؟ پاسخ دهد. هدف مقاله توضيح جايگاه هنر خوشنويسي در گرافيك معاصر است. همچنين نگارش متني كه براي پژوهشگران و دانشجويان مفيد باشد. اين مقاله كيفي است كه به روش توصيفي، تحليلي و با استناد به منابع و اسناد كتابخانه‌اي و مطالعه منابع تصويري به اين موضوع مي‌پردازد. دستاورد مقاله چنين است كه هنرمند گرافيك امروز بايد با نگاهي اصولي و شناخت كامل و نگاه توسعه محور مدرن به جايگاه و كاربرد هنر خوشنويسي نظر كند و در عرصۀ به كارگيري آن نهايت دقت و خلاقيت هنري را داشته باشد.

Statement of the problem: The art of calligraphy is of great spiritual importance through writing and transmitting the words of revelation, and the attribute of sacred art is applied to it. According to experts and art professors, calligraphy is considered the source of tradition-al visual arts. Also, due to its written nature and due to the fact that handwriting is consid-ered one of the essential factors in the transmission of human concepts and communication, calligraphy has had various uses in different historical courses. Today, according to the change in lifestyle and the extent of communication, the type of use of different arts as me-dia, especially graphics, has changed based on the needs of modern society, and the art of calligraphy is no exception to this rule, today this art is not only artistically high order, but also in the everyday world and practical uses in advertising. The following article tries to answer questions such as: What is the use and place of calligraphy in today s world? And does the use of calligraphy in advertising cause degradation in the high status of this art? to answer The purpose of the article is to explain the place of calligraphy art in contemporary graphics. And also writing a text that is useful for researchers and students. The research method of this article is qualitative, which deals with this issue by descriptive, analytical method, citing library sources and documents and studying image sources. The result of the article is that today s graphic artist should look at the place and use of cal-ligraphy art with a principled view and complete knowledge and a modern development-oriented view, and have the utmost accuracy and artistic creativity in the field of its applica-tion.
