In this paper, the estimation of multicomponent stress-strength reliability under the progressively first-failure censored samples is discussed. It is assumed that stress and strength are two independent Pareto random variables with different shape parameters. The maximum likelihood and the uniformly minimum variance unbiased estimates of the reliability are derived. Finally, an illustrative example is analyzed.
