A study on the relationship between self-efficacy, empowerment and happiness with the incentive problem of procrastination behavior and decision making in teachers working in education organization or Piranshahr city ntroduction: procrastination problem common problems related to self-regulation in the form of delaying the onset and completion of necessary tasks is shown. The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy, empowerment and happiness with procrastination behavior and decision-making in teachers Piranshahr city. Statistical society this research include all teachers working in education organization town of Piranshahr. society is the volume of the 1540 people who had this number of 615 women and 925 men. Random sample and using the Cochrane formula 271 male and female were 236 To collect data from questionnaires procrastination behavioral assessment scale (GPS), Procrastination Assessment Scale decision (DPS), Inventory of Psychological Empowerment and Self-Efficacy Scale was used. Data collected using the correlation matrix and regression analysis were used. The findings suggest that empowerment, self-efficacy and happiness with the predictor variables are also self procrastination, happiness and empowerment with the predictor variables are decisions. At the end It can be said Providing a working environment in which employees gain qualifications, improve their knowledge and skills and improve their professional status in the empowerment, self-efficacy, and satisfaction with the job.
