فرهنگ‌سازي تاثير حسابداري سبز براي بهبود و مديريت توسعه پايدار تالاب‌ها و اكوسامانه‌هاي آبي كشور

Cultivating the impact of green accounting to improve and manage the sustainable development of wetlands and water ecosystems in the country

تالاب‌ها با توجه به اهميت و جايگاه‌شان در طبيعت از جمله دارايي‌ها و ثروت ملي هر كشور محسوب مي‌شوند. بنابراين ارائه اطلاعات در خصوص خسارت‌هايي كه شركت‌هاي توليد‌كننده ممكن است به زيست‌بوم‌هاي آبي و تالاب‌ها وارد مي‌كنند، از جمله اهداف حسابداري سبز به استفاده‌كنندگان مي‌باشد. هدف از اين پژوهش ارزيابي و بررسي ويژگي‌ها و اهميت تالاب‌ها همراه با مديريت علمي و استفاده خردمندانه از تالاب‌ها در راستاي توسعه پايدار و پيشنهاد راه‌كارهاي عملي جهت بهره‌برداري پايدار با توجه به پتانسيل‌هاي موجود مي‌باشد. شايان ذكر است كه حرفه حسابداري در ارائه اطلاعات و گزارش‌هاي منصفانه زيست‌محيطي از اهميت بسيار بالايي برخوردار مي‌باشد. اين حرفه مي‌تواند در كاهش هزينه‌هاي ناشي از آلودگي و تخريب محيط زيست از جمله تالاب‌ها و اكوسامانه‌هاي آبي نقش به‌سزايي داشته باشد. از آنجايي كه استفاده‌كنندگان از اطلاعات حسابداري بسيار متنوع مي‌باشند، اين گزارش‌ها براي همگان از جمله دوست‌داران و حافظان طبيعت با اهميت تلقي مي‌شود. حسابداري محيط زيست اطلاعاتي را فراهم مي‌كند كه در امر ارزيابي، كنترل، تصميم‌گيري و گزارشگري به مديران كمك مي‌كند. حسابداري سبز (حسابداري زيست‌محيطي) داراي چالش‌هاي بي‌شماري بوده كه مي‌توانيم با اندكي تأمل فرصت مناسبي را براي حذف چالش‌ها در جهت بهبود محيط زيست وكاهش هزينه‌هاي ناشي از تخريب تالاب‌ها را ايجاد نمود.

Due to their importance and place in nature, wetlands are among the assets and national wealth of every country. Therefore, providing information about the damages that production companies may cause to aquatic ecosystems and wetlands is one of the goals of green accounting to users. The purpose of this research is to evaluate and investigate the characteristics and importance of wetlands along with scientific management and wise use of wetlands in the direction of sustainable development and to propose practical solutions for sustainable exploitation according to the existing potentials. It is worth mentioning that the accounting profession is very important in providing fair environmental information and reports. This profession can play a significant role in reducing costs caused by environmental pollution and destruction, including wetlands and aquatic ecosystems. Since the users of accounting information are very diverse, these reports are considered important for everyone, including nature lovers and conservationists. Environmental accounting provides information that helps managers in evaluation, control, decision-making and reporting. Green accounting (environmental accounting) has countless challenges that we can create a suitable opportunity to eliminate challenges in order to improve the environment and reduce costs caused by the destruction of wetlands with a little reflection.
