Evaluating the maturity of knowledge management using the APO model Case study Qom province water and sewage company

هدف اين پژوهش، ارزيابي سطح بلوغ و ميزان آمادگي شركت آب و فاضلاب استان قم براي استقرار مديريت دانش و نيز بررسي وضعيت فرآيندهاي چرخه دانشي بر‌اساس مدل بهره‌وري آسيايي (Asian Productivity Organization) بوده است. روش مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش، پيمايشي و نوع آن كاربردي بوده است. براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد سازمان بهره‌وري آسيايي و نيز سؤالات تكميلي استفاده شد. پايايي پرسشنامه از طريق آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ 23 و ميزان ضريب 95/0 محاسبه گرديد. جامعه آماري پژوهش 281 نفر از مديران و كارمندان متخصص فعال در شركت بودند كه حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 176 نفر انتخاب شد. نتايج به‌دست‌آمده نشان مي‌دهند كه شركت آب و فاضلاب استان قم با امتياز 5/117 در سطح دوم از پنج سطح بلوغ مديريت دانش قرار دارد. اين به اين معني است كه شركت در مرحله آغاز (شروع به درك نياز به مديريت دانش در سازمان) مي‌باشد. هم‌چنين نتايج رتبه‌بندي گروه‌هاي معيار نشان دادند كه بالاترين و پايين‌ترين امتياز به‌ترتيب مربوط به معيارهاي (فن‌آوري) و (افراد) است.

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the level of maturity and the level of readiness of the water and sewage company of Qom province to establish knowledge management and also to examine the status of knowledge cycle processes based on the Asian Productivity Organization model. The method used in this research is a survey and its type is practical. In order to collect data, the standard questionnaire of the Asian Productivity Organization and supplementary questions were used. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach s alpha test of 23 and the coefficient of 0.95. The statistical population of the research was 281 managers and specialist employees active in the company, and the sample size was 176 selected using Cochran s formula. The obtained results show that the water and sewage company of Qom province with a score of 117.5 is in the second level of the five maturity levels of knowledge management. This means that the company is at the beginning stage (beginning to understand the need for knowledge management in the organization). Also, the ranking results of the criteria groups showed that the highest and lowest scores are related to (technology) and (people) criteria, respectively.
