تحليلي اجتماعي بر چيستي و چرايي پديده شوتي( مورد مطالعه: شوتي‌سواران شهر خرم‌آباد)

پديده قاچاق كالا كه در مناطق شرق، جنوب و جنوب غربي كشور ايران با عنوان شوتي شناخته مي‌شود، پديده‌اي در حال گسترش است كه تاكنون مورد مطالعه علمي قرار نگرفته است. در تحقيق پيشرو سعي شده با روش كيفي و بر اساس نظريه مبنايي و نمونه‌گيري نظري ماهيت و چرايي پديده شوتي در بين شوتي‌سواران شهر خرم‌آباد مورد واكاوي قرار گيرد. يافته‌هاي كيفي تحقيق نشان داد پديده شوتي ماهيتاً با نابرابري و تهديد آميخته است، الزامات فني، سازماني و مكاني خاص دارد .در باب چرايي شكل‌گيري پديده شوتي مي‌توان عوامل فقر فرهنگي و اقتصادي و نوآوري هنجاري را سبب شكل‌گيري اين پديده در شهر خرم‌آباد دانست. پديده شوتي هرچند مسكن موقتي بر فقر و بيكاري ساكنان مناطق محروم است اما به لحاظ اختلال اقتصادي و اثرات رواني و اجتماعي منفي كه دارد بايد مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

The phenomenon of goods smuggling, which is known as Shouti in the eastern, southern and southwestern regions of Iran, is an expanding phenomenon that has not been studied scientifically. In the leading research, it has been tried to analyze the nature and reason of the Shouti phenomenon among the shooting riders of Khorram Abad city with a qualitative method based on the basic theory and theoretical sampling. The qualitative findings of the research showed that the Shouti phenomenon is inherently mixed with inequality and threat, it has specific technical, organizational and spatial requirements. Regarding the reason for the formation of the Shouti phenomenon, the factors of cultural and economic poverty and normative innovation can be attributed to the formation of this phenomenon in the city of Khorramabad. Although the phenomenon of temporary housing is a temporary housing on the poverty and unemployment of the residents of deprived areas, it should be taken into consideration in terms of the economic disruption and the negative psychological and social effects it has.
