A review of factors affecting the profitability of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange

نظر به اهميت و جايگاه ويژه بازار سرمايه در رشد و توسعه اقتصادي كشور، نياز به گسترش روزافزون آن مهم به نظر مي رسد. بازاري كه باوجود افزايش دانش مالي افراد در سال هاي اخير و توجه بيشتر مردم و دولت به آن، همچنان براي بسياري از افراد آنگونه كه بايد شناخته شده نيست و به منظور موفقيت كامل در اين مسير راه درازي در پيش دارد.اين در حالي است كه شرايط پرنوسان كنوني بازار سرمايه به ويژه مهمترين ركن آن يعني بورس اوراق بهادار و عدم اطمينان از سرمايه گذاري هاي به عمل آمده، ريسك فعاليت در آن را افزايش داده و سرمايه گذاران را براي ادامه مسير دچار ترديد كرده است.از آنجا كه سود يكي از اطلاعات بااهميت اقتصادي محسوب مي شود و سرمايه گذاران فراواني به سوداي كسب سود قدم در اين عرصه مي گذارند؛ لذا شناخت عوامل موثر بر سودآوري در بورس اوراق بهادار و تلاش به منظور بهبود اين عوامل نه تنها موجب ارتقاء سطح سرمايه گذاري هاي به عمل آمده شده، بلكه زمينه ساز مشاركت بيشتر مديران، سرمايه گذاران و تصميم گيرندگان ميشود.به دليل اهميت موضوع مزبور، محققان زيادي سعي در بررسي وتشريح اين عوامل داشته اند.شايد جامه عمل پوشاندن به اين عوامل در منظر نخست، ساده به نظر برسد؛ اما تحقق يافتن تمامي يا تركيبي از آن ها در شرايط متغير اقتصادي و در شركت هايي با زمينه هاي متفاوت زيربنايي، سازماني و مديريتي چالش برانگيز است و مستلزم تمركز وتلاش بيشتر در جهت دستيابي به آنهاست.در اين راستا، در تحقيق حاضر به مطالعه مروري در خصوص تحقيقات انجام شده در ايران و نيز در خارج از كشور در مورد عوامل موثر بر سودآوري شركت هاي بورسي پرداخته شده است.

Considering the importance and position of capital market in economic growth and development, the need to expand it seems important. a market that despite the increasing financial knowledge of people in recent years and more attention of the public and the government, continues to be a long way to many people as it is to be known and in order to achieve full success. Meanwhile, the current fluctuating conditions of the capital market, especially its most important pillar, the stock exchange, and the uncertainty of the investments made, have increased the risk of operating in it and made investors hesitant to continue. Since profit is considered one of the most important economic information and many investors step into this field in order to earn profit; Therefore, knowing the factors affecting profitability in the stock exchange and trying to improve these factors will not only improve the level of investments made, but also create the basis for more participation of managers, investors and decision makers. Many researchers have tried to investigate and explain these factors. Perhaps the implementation of these factors seems simple at first sight; but realizing all or a combination of them in changing economic conditions and in companies with different infrastructural, organizational and managerial backgrounds is challenging and requires more concentration and effort to achieve them. In this regard, in this research, a review study regarding the research done in Iran and abroad, it has been discussed about the factors affecting the profitability of listed companies.
