يكي از مهم‌ترين ﻣﺴﺎئل ﻗﺮن ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﻣسأله ﮔﺮﻣﺎيش ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﮔﺮﻣﺎيش ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ اﺛﺮ ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ‌اي ﺗﺸﺪيد ﺷﺪه است و اﻧﺘﻈﺎر ﻣﯽ‌رود ﮐﻪ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮاﺗﯽ در ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي اﻗﻠﯿﻤﯽ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻧﻈﯿﺮ دﻣﺎ، ﺑﺎرش، رﻃﻮﺑﺖ ﻫﻮا و ﺗﺎﺑﺶ ﺧﻮرﺷﯿﺪي ﮔﺮدد. دﻣﺎي ﻫﻮا يكي از مهم‌ترين ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ اﻗﻠﯿﻢ در ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ و ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪاي اﺳﺖ. اﻟﮕﻮﻫﺎي ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯽ و زﻣﺎﻧﯽ اين ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات به‌صورت ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻧﯿﺴﺘﻨﺪ و ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت زيادي در ﺳﺮﺗﺎﺳﺮ دﻧﯿﺎ در اين زﻣﯿﻨﻪ درﺣﺎل اﻧﺠﺎم است. مدل‌هاي اقليمي نشان مي‌دهند كه دماي زمين در دهه‌هاي آتي افزايش خواهد يافت؛ با افزايش دما، نوع بارش به سوي بارش مايع تغيير مي‌يابد و زمان ماندن آب در حوضه‌ها كاهش مي‌يابد. كاهش ميزان بارندگي سبب افزايش طول دوره خشك مي‌شود و با افزايش دما، تبخير نيز افزايش يافته و مقدار بيشتري از بارش‌‌هاي دريافتي از دسترس خارج مي‌شود. تغيير اقليم داراي عواقب گسترده براي زندگي بشر به‌ويژه كشاورزي، منابع آب، امنيت غذايي، محيط زيست، اقتصاد، سلامت، بهداشت، انرژي و امنيت ملي است كه بيشترين تأثير را روي زندگي انسان‌ها مي‌گذارد. تغييرات اقليمي به‌دليل ويژگي ذاتي و بنيادي، اثرات غيرقابل انكاري بر امنيت ملي و مؤلفه‌هاي آن دارد. آثار تغيير اقليم در زمينه يادشده مي‌تواند در بسياري از مناطق، ويرانگر باشد. هم‌اكنون بسياري از مناطق اين آثار را احساس مي‌كنند كه با زياد شدن دماي ميانگين و بي‌ثبات شدن اقليم، اين آثار به‌صورت تساعدي افزايش مي‌يابند.

Climate change has widespread consequences for human life, especially agriculture, water resources, food security, the environment, economy, health, health, energy and national security, which has the greatest impact on human life. Climate change, due to its inherent nature, has undeniable effects on national security and its components. The effects of climate change on the aforementioned field can be devastating in many areas. Many areas now feel these works. As the average temperature increases and climate destabilizes, these effects increase exponentially.
