‎In this article we consider an orthogonal random polynomials with non-identical normal coefficients‎. ‎We show that the expected numbers of K-Level crossing of such random polynomials follows $frac{n}{sqrt{3}}$‎. ‎To prove the main theorem the Kac and Rice formula is used‎.
