In this paper, we introduce and study the concept of strongly quasi primary hyperideals of a commutative multiplicative hyperring which is an intermediate class of primary hyperideals and quasi primary hyperideals. We give many properties of strongly quasi primary hyperideals and investigate the relations between strongly quasi primary hyperideals and other classical hyperideals such as primary, 2-prime and quasi primary hyperideals.
