In this article, a local meshless technique is investigated for solving the two-dimensional nonlinear fractional Rayleigh--Stokes model. The time discretization of the equation is done by using the Crank-Nicholson and WSGD formulas, and then a local meshless moving Kriging method is applied in the space direction. At the end, a numerical example is presenteed to show the accuracy and efficiency of the method.
