A ring R is called feebly ZG-clean, if every element, x can be written as x = r + e 1 − e 2 , where r is a ZG-regular element and e 1 ,e 2 are orthogonal idempotents of R. Feebly ZG-clean rings are generalizations of ZG-clean rings. In this article, some properties of Feebly ZG-clean rings are studied. Also we illustrate conditions under which feebly ZG-clean rings, feebly clean rings and semiperfect rings are equivalent.
