بررسي تأثير تراكم پودي و طرح بافت بر روي مقاومت سايشي پارچه‌هاي تاري‌پودي

Investigating the effect of weft density and weave structure on the abrasion resistance of woven fabrics

مقاومت سايشي يكي از خواص فيزيكي پارچه است. پارچه هاي مورد استفاده در پوشاك به دليل اينكه به‌ طور مداوم در معرض تماس با اجسام مختلف هستند، مي بايست داراي مقاومت در برابر سايش مناسب و بالايي باشند. افزايش مقاومت سايشي پارچه، قابليت استفاده از آن را افزايش داده و كاهش مقاومت سايشي باعث فرسودگي زودهنگام پارچه مي شود. عوامل زيادي بر ميزان مقاومت سايشي تأثير دارد كه از مهم ترين آنها مي توان به طرح بافت و تراكم پودي اشاره نمود كه در اين تحقيق اثر طرح بافت و تراكم پودي بر مقاومت سايشي بررسي شده است. بر اين ‌اساس پارچه هاي پنبه اي از دو طرح بافت و سه تراكم متفاوت مورد آزمايش قرار گرفته است. كاهش وزن براي تمامي نمونه هاي ساييده شده براي چهار دور متفاوت توسط آزمون سايش مارتيندل ارزيابي شد. نتايج نشان داد كه در پارچه هايي با ساختار در هم رو بيشتر تار و پود، مقاومت سايشي پارچه افزايش مي يابد و بافت تافته نسبت به بافت سرژه مقاومت سايشي بالاتري دارد.

Abrasion resistance is one of the physical properties of fabric. Because the fabrics used in clothing are constantly in contact with various objects, they must have high and suitable abrasion resistance. Increasing the abrasion resistance of the fabric increases its usability, and decreasing the abrasion resistance causes premature wear of the fabric. Many factors have an effect on the amount of abrasion resistance, among the most important of which we can mention the weave structure and weft density. In this research, the effect of weave structure and weft density on abrasion resistance has been investigated. Based on this, cotton fabrics of two weave structure and three different densities have been tested. The weight loss for all samples worn for four different rounds was evaluated by the Martindel abrasion test. The results showed that the fabric s abrasion resistance increases in fabrics with a more overlapping structure of warp and weft, and plain fabric has a higher abrasion resistance than twill fabric
