بررسي عيوب پارچه با استفاده از روش تحليل خطاهاي بالقوه و آثار آن

Studying the fabric defects by failure-mode-and-effects (FMEA) analysis and its effects

عيوب پارچه بر زيبايي و ظاهر و حتي فروش آن نيز تأثيرگذار است. به ‌دست آوردن دلايل ايجاد عيب در پارچه ها و ارائه راهكارهايي براي رفع آن ها حائز اهميت است. زيرا كه عيوب از نظر كمي و كيفي بر محصول تأثيرگذار است. در اين مطالعه روشي كاربردي به نام تحليل خطا هاي بالقوه و آثار آن براي شناسايي بحراني ترين خطاها و كاهش آثار مخرب آنها به كار برده شده است. در اين مطالعه، ابتدا عيوب مؤثر بر كيفيت پارچه و برخي از مشخصه‌هاي مهم كيفي در فرآيند توليد مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. با تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي به‌ دست‌ آمده، عيوب پارچه شناسايي و رتبه بندي شد. با توجه به نتايج، مهم ترين عامل در كيفيت پارچه توليد شده، عيب كوبيدگي است. همچنين نيروي انساني، تجهيزات سالم، همكاري تمام اعضا در اين سامانه و مديريت صحيح فرآيند توليد در كيفيت پارچه بسيار مؤثر است.

Fabric defects affect the beauty and appearance and even its sales. It is important to find out the causes of fabric defects and provide solutions to fix them. Because defects affect the product quantitatively and qualitatively. This paper introduces a technique called failure-mode-and-effects analysis (FMEA) to recognize or monitor and reduce the harmful effects of the most critical errors in a weaving system. In this study, first, the defects affecting the quality of fabric and some important qualitative characteristics in the production process were investigated. By analyzing data, the defects of the fabric were identified and ranked. According to the results, the most important factor in the quality of the produced fabric is the defect of beating. Also, the workforce, healthy equipment, the cooperation of all members in this system, and the correct management of the production process are very effective in fabric quality.
