Implementation of risk management and its application in managing infrastructures projects in IRAN

In project, risks are unknown possible events or situations that if were occurred, it would have positive or negative Consequences on project purposes. The reason of these events is not limited to the internal environment of the project, but according to the nature of project and executive procedure, many of surrounding environment of project affect on how its Implementation and realization of the objectives. So, considering the importance of risk consider in projects and its effects of project status, it is necessary to use management risks as a process in identifying, analyzing and risk responding. In this paper, we first identified the management risk parameter then management risk process had been prepared according to portfolio modeling, and finally a case study is presented for use in the management of construction projects. It can be utilized to achieve the desired objectives of the project
