Sustainable environment and moving towards a smart city

فعاليتهاي بشري در قرنهاي متمادي منجر به مداخله در طبيعت و بروز بحرانها و مخاطرات متعددي شدهاست. توليد بيش از حدِ گازهاي گلخانه اي از جملة اين بحرانها است كه منجر به برهم خوردن تعادل طبيعي در جو زمين و رخدادِ پديدة گرمايش زمين شدهاست. از سوي ديگر، بشر در مسير پيشرفت خود هرگز متوقف نخواهدشد و در تلاش براي كسب دستاوردها و موفقيتهاي بيشتر در كشف و توسعة علوم و فناوري است. بنابراين توقف كامل روند توليد گازهاي گلخانه اي از طريق كنترل فعاليتهاي بشري امكانپذير نخواهدبود. آنچه براي اين مهم لازم است؛ تغيير مسير پيشرفت بشر با حركت به سمت فعاليتهاي كم كربن و بي كربن است كه ضمن تضمين ادامة توسعه ها و فعاليتهاي بشري، بروز بحرانهاي مذكور را كنترل كرده و سپس به سمت برطرفنمودن آنها به پيش ميرود. در همين راستا، پژوهش حاضر ابتدا با استفاده از روش كيفي و مطالعات كتابخانها ي به تشريح مفاهيم و نظريه ها پيرامون گازهاي گلخانه اي، مخاطرات ناشي از آنها و نيز هفت نظرية مؤثر در تغييرات اقليمي پرداخته شد و سپس لزوم توسعة شهرهاي هوشمند و كاهش انتشار گازهاي گلخانه اي با كمينه كردن و حذف مصرف منابع كربندار مورد بحث واقع شد. در نهايت نيز پيشنهادهايي براي پذيرش و اقدام مطرح شد كه ميتواند متضمن نيل به اهداف محيطزيست پايدار و شهر هوشمند كم كربن و بي كربن باشد

Abstract Human activities during continuous centuries has led to interventions within the nature and occurrence of various crises and disasters. Over-production of greenhouse gases is one of the aforementioned crises which brings about disturbance of natural balance in the atmosphere and consequently, occurrence of global warming. On the other hand, human beings will not ever halt in their way toward progression and is continuously struggling for further succession and achievements in discovering and developing science and technology. Therefore, what is necessary in here, is to reroute this progression through moving toward Low-Carbon and No-Carbon activities that guarantee the continuity of human activities in addition to controlling and eliminating aforementioned crises. In this regard, the current study describes concepts and theories about greenhouse gases, their consequent disasters and seven influential theories about global warming, utilizing qualitative method and library studies, then the need to develop smart cities and reduction in greenhouse gases emissions by minimizing and eliminating Carbon-based resources was discussed. Finally, recommendations were delivered to accept the issues and take actions in order to achieve sustainable environment goals and low-carbon and no-carbon smart cities
