چكيده فارسي :
نقص توجه و تمركز يكي ازاختلالات شايع دوران كودكي و بزرگسالي است. با توجه به اينكه يكي ازعوامل مهم در امر آموزش و يادگيري، ميزان توجه و تمركز يادگيرندگان است؛ لذا ضعف در مهارت‌هاي توجه و تمركز، موجب مشكلات شايعي نظير كاهش عملكرد تحصيلي، بروزاختلالات يادگيري، آشفتگي، عدم اعتماد به نفس و همچنين ناتواني در موقعيت‌هاي شغلي و اجتماعي دانش‌آموزان خواهد شد و مي‌تواند برمهارت‌هاي ارتباطي آن‌ها در بزرگسالي تاثير منفي بگذارد؛ بنابراين تشخيص به موقع و كمك به اين دانش‌آموزان از بروز بسياري از مشكلات جلوگيري مي‌كند. در اغلب موارد دانش‌آموزان داراي نقص توجه و تمركز در مدرسه، كم‌حوصله، بي‌دقت و بي‌انگيزه هستند و با مشكلاتي در زمينه‌هاي ديكته نويسي، رياضيات، خواندن و... مواجه مي‌شوند. اين مشكلات مي‌تواند به گونه‌هاي ديگر نظير حواس‌پرتي، توجه نكردن به صحبت‌هاي معلم، عدم درك مطلب، مشكلاتي در حافظه‌ي فعال نظير فهميدن، استدلال و سازماندهي بروز يابد. از آنجايي كه كودكان ساعات زيادي را در مدرسه به سر مي‌برند و به واسطه اينكه معلم از طريق تدريس، اطلاعات آموزشي و رفتاري قابل ملاحظه‌اي در مورد كودكان دارد؛ با شناخت ويژگي‌هاي دانش‌آموزان داراي نقص توجه و تمركز، تشخيص، آگاه‌سازي والدين و ارجاع به موقع به اين دانش‌آموزان كمك كرده و همچنين در حد توان در امر آموزش از راهبردهاي موثر جهت كمك به آن‌ها استفاده نمايد. در اين پژوهش با استفاده از روش كتابخانه‌اي، ضمن تعريف توجه و تمركز و تبيين ويژگي‌هاي اين دانش‌آموزان، مهم‌ترين راهكارها جهت آموزش كارآمد و موثرتر ارائه شده است.

Deficiency of attention and concentration is one of the common disorders of childhood and adulthood. Considering that one of the important factors in teaching and learning is the level of attention and concentration of learners; Therefore, weakness in attention and concentration skills will cause common problems such as reduced academic performance, learning disorders, confusion, lack of self-confidence, as well as inability in students job and social situations, and it can negatively affect their communication skills in adulthood;Therefore, timely diagnosis and helping these students prevent many problems from occurring. In most cases, students have a lack of attention and concentration in school, are bored, careless and unmotivated and face problems in the fields of dictation, mathematics, reading, etc.These problems can appear in other ways such as distraction, not paying attention to the teacher s words, lack of understanding, problems in active memory such as understanding, reasoning and organization. Since children spend many hours in school and because the teacher has considerable educational and behavioral information about children through teaching; By knowing the characteristics of students with attention and concentration deficits, diagnosis, informing parents and timely referral help these students and also use effective strategies to help them as much as possible in education. In this research, using the library method, while defining attention and concentration and explaining the characteristics of these students, the most important solutions for efficient and effective education have been presented.
