پژوهش به بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر جذابيت سرمايه‌گذاري خارجي در ايران مي‌پردازد مقصود شناسايي عوامل مؤثر و موانع موجود در جذب سرمايه‌گذاري خارجي و ارائه راهكارهايي براي بهبود جذابيت سرمايه‌گذاري در اين كشور است. روش تحليل محتوايي و بررسي منابع علمي و تخصصي در اين تحقيق به كار گرفته شده است كه ابتدا، مفهوم سرمايه‌گذاري خارجي و اهميت آن براي توسعه اقتصادي بررسي مي‌شود. سپس، با تمركز بر پتانسيل‌ها و منابع اقتصادي كشور، عوامل مؤثر بر جذابيت سرمايه‌گذاري در ايران شناسايي مي‌شوند , موانع و چالش‌هاي موجود در جذب سرمايه‌گذاري خارجي مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرند و در نهايت، راهكارهايي براي حل موانع و افزايش جذابيت سرمايه‌گذاري خارجي در ايران ارائه مي‌شود،عنايت به پژوهش از سوي سياست گذاران و سياستمداران و مديران ارشد با جامعيت در ارائه راهكار هاي عملي با الهام از تجارب موفق در كشور هاي پيشرو مي‌تواند موجبات رشد سرمايه گذاري خارجي در ايران را فراهم نمايد.

The research examines the effective factors on the attractiveness of foreign investment in Iran, the purpose of which is to identify the effective factors and obstacles in attracting foreign investment and to provide solutions to improve the attractiveness of investment in this country. The method of content analysis and review of scientific and specialized sources has been used in this research, which first examines the concept of foreign investment and its importance for economic development. Then, by focusing on the economic potentials and resources of the country, the factors affecting the attractiveness of investment in Iran are identified, the obstacles and challenges in attracting foreign investment are examined, and finally, solutions are presented to solve the obstacles and increase the attractiveness of foreign investment in Iran. Attention to research by policymakers and politicians and senior managers with comprehensiveness in providing practical solutions inspired by successful experiences in leading countries can provide the growth of foreign investment in Iran.
