The role of creative teaching in students learning and progress

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي نقش تدريس خلاق در يادگيري و پيشرفت دانش آموزان است. روش انجام اين پژوهش به صورت مروري اسنادي مي باشد. مهم ترين مولفه ي معلم در زمينه فرايند تدريس، انتخاب شيوه هاي تدريس مناسب است. معلمان بايد روشهاي تدريس خلاق را بشناسند و از آنها در كار خويش بهره ببرند. آموزش خلاقيت به معلمان مي تواند زمينه ساز تقويت مهارت هاي تدريس آنها را فراهم نمايد. پيشنهاد مي گردد براي معلمان و والدين دوره هايي آموزشي جهت آگاهي در زمينه تدريس خلاق برگزار شود تا بتوانند راهكارهاي عملي بهتري در تدريس داشته باشند.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of creative teaching in students learning and progress. The method of conducting this research is a documentary review. The most important component of the teacher in the field of teaching process is choosing appropriate teaching methods. Teachers should know creative teaching methods and use them in their work. Teaching creativity to teachers can provide the basis for strengthening their teaching skills. It is suggested that training courses be held for teachers and parents to learn about creative teaching so that they can have better practical solutions in teaching.
