تحليل اثرهوشمندي برتاب آوري مقصدهاي گردشگري شهري (مطالعه موردي:شهرزاهدان)

Analysis of the Effect of Smartnesson Resiliency of Urban Tourism Destinations ( Case Study : Zahedan City )

در دهه اخير با توجه به رشد و پيشرفت تكنولوژي اين طورانتظار مي رود كه سياست گذاران و مديران در سطح مقصدها جهت كنترل و پيشگيري و در نهايت كاهش اثرات منفي ناشي از بحران هاي طبيعي وانساني، از هوشمندي در مقصد گردشگري استفاده كنند.اين تحقيق به دنبال شناسايي وارائه مدلي بوده كه درآن سازوكاراثرگذاري هوشمندي بر تاب آوري مقصد گردشگري شهر زاهدان تبيين شده باشد. و جهت نيل به هدف مورد نظر دو مرحله تبيين شده است. در مرحله اول مولفه ها و شاخص هاي هوشمندي و تاب آوري شهر زاهدان تعيين و بررسي شد و در مرحله دوم، بااستفاده از روش مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري بارويكرد حداقل مربعات جزئي، و نرم افزارSmart PLS و پرسشنامه،و توسط 67 نفرازآگاهان گردشگري اثر هوشمندي بر تاب آوري شهر زاهدان سنجيده شد.اين تحقيق به لحاظ هدف توسعه اي و روش گردآوري داده ها توصيفي – تحليلي مي باشد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه مدل مفهومي تحقيق از برازش قابل قبولي برخوردار است و هوشمندي بر تاب آوري مقصد گردشگري شهر زاهدان تاثيرگذاراست.و به طور كلي ميانگين دو متغير با استفاده از آزمون تي تك نمونه نشان داد كه تاب آوري داراي ميانگين 412/2 و هوشمندي داراي ميانگين 035/3 مي باشد كه به ترتيب تاب آوري كمتر از سطح متوسط وهوشمندي در سطح متوسط قرار دارد.و بررسي رابطه ي ميان هوشمندي و تاب آوري، مقدار آماره t برابر 3.943 و پي- مقدار كمتراز 5% رابطه معناداري را بين اين دو عامل نشان مي دهد.پس بااين وجود تاثير مستقيمي بر روي يكديگر دارند.

In the last decade, due to the growth and advancement of technology, it is expected that policy makers and managers at the destination level will use intelligence in tourism destinations to control and prevent and ultimately reduce the negative effects of natural and human crises. It has sought to identify and present a model in which the mechanism of intelligent influence on the resilience of the tourist destination of Zahedan city is explained. And two steps have been explained to achieve the desired goal. In the first stage, the components and indicators of Zahedan city s intelligence and resilience were determined and investigated, and in the second stage, by using the structural equation modeling method of partial least squares, and Smart PLS software and a questionnaire, and by 67 tourism experts, the effect of intelligence on resilience The development of Zahedan city was measured. This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of the development goal and data collection method. The results of the research showed that the conceptual model of the research has an acceptable fit and intelligence has an effect on the resilience of the tourist destination of Zahedan city. In general, the average of two variables using the t-test sample showed that the resilience has an average of 2.412 and Intelligence has an average of 3.035, which is lower than the average level of resilience and intelligence is at the average level. And examining the relationship between intelligence and resilience, the value of the t-statistic is equal to 3.943 and the p-value is less than 5%. These two factors show that they have a direct effect on each other.
