بررسي اثر آنتي اكسيدانت گياه سياه تلو به روش قدرت احياء كنندگي

Investigating the antioxidant effect of paliurus spina-christi plant by the method of reducing power

هدف از انجام اين تحقيق بررسي اثر آنتي اكسيدانت گياه سياه تلو به روش قدرت احيا كنندگي بود. ابتدا اين گياه پس از جمع‌آوري از بخش چهاردانگه شهرستان ساري اندام‌هاي مختلف آن را جدا كرده و پس از شستشو و خشك كردن به روش كامالاً سنتي و خانگي به صورت پودر درآورده شد .پودر هر يك از اندام‌هاي گياه به طور جداگانه در دستگاه سوكسله و در محيط آزمايشگاه با حلال اتانول عصاره‌گيري شد. عصاره‌ها توسط دستگاه روتاري خشك و حلال از آن جدا شد. سپس عصاره خشك شده هر اندام براي شناسايي اجزا و ميزان حضور آنها وارد دستگاه GC-Mass شد. آناليز GC-Mass نشان داد اين گياه علاوه بر داشتن تركيباتي كه در صنعت و دارو كاربرد زيادي دارد، داراي مقدار زيادي ويتامين E و تركيبي با نام تجاري لوپئول كه ضد سرطان پوست و پروستات است، مي‌باشد. براي يافتن خواص آنتياكسيداني عصاره‌ها آزمايش احياء كنندگي آهن انجام شد. اين آزمايش‌ حاكي از آن بوده كه اين گياه احتمالاً به خاطر حضور ويتامين E و برخي از ايزومرهاي آن يك آنتي اكسيدان قوي بوده است كه مي‌تواند يك داروي ضد سرطان طبيعي و جايگزين خوبي براي داروهاي شيميايي موجود در بازار باشد.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the antioxidant effect of paliurus spina-christi plant by the regenerative power method. First, after collecting this plant from Chahardange district of Sari city, the different organs were separated and after washing and drying, it was made into powder in a completely traditional and homemade way. The laboratory medium was extracted with ethanol solvent. The extracts were separated by dry and solvent rotary device. Then, the dried extract of each organ was entered into the GC-Mass machine to identify the components and their presence. GC-Mass analysis showed that this plant, in addition to having compounds that are widely used in industry and medicine, has a large amount of vitamin E and a compound with the brand name lupeol , which is anti-skin and prostate cancer. To find the antioxidant properties of the extracts, iron reduction test was performed. This test indicated that this plant was probably a strong antioxidant due to the presence of vitamin E and some of its isomers, which can be a natural anti-cancer drug and a good alternative to chemical drugs in the market.
