Virtual rapport and counseling are regarded as a crucial component of the educational process because it significantly improves communication between the student, advisor, and educational institution as a whole, ensuring the clear delivery of scientific subjects and resolving any potential study-related challenges. With respect to differences in academic level, the researcher designed this study to ascertain the reality of virtual rapport and counseling from the perspective of students at English Department/ College of Education for women/ University of Baghdad/ Iraq. students made up the study sample. The study instrument was used to collect data, which was then processed using frequencies, averages, and t-tests. The findings showed that while respondents were generally satisfied with the use of virtual rapport and counseling in higher education, student adoption of this type of advising was very low. This is because some barriers prevented students from benefiting from the use of electronic academic advising in higher education. In all areas of the questionnaire, the results generally showed no significant variations between respondents in terms of gender, specialty, or academic level.
