بي شك آنچه كه باعث شده كشورهاي مختلف در عصر دانايي با برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي منسجم در پي ارتقا و تقويت تعامل دانشگاه و صنعت برآيند، دستيابي به مزاياي اين تعامل و تاثير بسيار مهم اين ارتباط در دستيابي به توسعه اقتصادي و اجتماعي مي‌باشد. اين مقاله با هدف شناخت مزاياي تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه انجام شده است. مزيت تعامل براي دانشگاه عبارت است از: يافتن موقعيت‌هايي براي پژوهش‌هاي تازه و كاربردي؛ افزايش درآمد براي دانشگاهيان؛ شناخت بهتر نيازها و توانمندي‌هاي صنعت؛ بدست آوردن آگاهي‌هاي سودمند از صنعت براي برنامه‌هاي دانشگاهي؛ افزايش اعتماد صنعت به توان دانشگاه‌ها و مزيت تعامل براي صنعت عبارت است از: هيأت علمي دانشگاه‌ها با توجه به نياز صنايع، آسان‌تر مي‌توانند در فعاليت‌هاي گوناگون آموزشي، پژوهشي و مشاوره نقش كارآمد داشته باشند؛ بهره‌گيري از آزموده ‌ها و دانش علمي اعضاي هيأت علمي دانشگاه‌ها؛ اقتصادي بودن مشاورة دانشگاه‌ها در مقايسه با مشاوره‌هاي خصوصي؛ اثرگذاري بر برنامه‌هاي علمي و پژوهشي دانشگاه‌ها؛ افزايش كارايي صنايع بر پايه پژوهش‌هاي دانشگاهي؛ شكسته شدن موانع همبستگي با دانشگاه در پرتو برقراري ارتباطات مستمر با دانشگاه؛ بالا رفتن سطح آموزشي كارشناسان و كمك دانشگاه به بهبود جنبه‌هاي رقابتي صنعت.

Undoubtedly, what has made different countries come up with coherent plans in the age of knowledge to promote and strengthen the interaction between universities and industry, is to achieve the benefits of this interaction and the very important impact of this relationship in achieving economic and social development. This article aims to know the benefits of interaction between industry and university. The advantage of interaction for the university is: finding positions for new and applied research; Increase income for academics; Better understanding of the needs and capabilities of the industry; Gaining useful industry insights for academic programs; Increasing the industry s trust in the ability of universities and the advantage of interaction for the industry are: According to the needs of the industries, the faculty of the universities can more easily play an efficient role in various educational, research and consulting activities; Taking advantage of the subjects and scientific knowledge of university faculty members; Economicity of university consulting compared to private consulting; influencing the scientific and research programs of universities; Increasing the efficiency of industries based on academic research; breaking the barriers of solidarity with the university in the light of establishing continuous communication with the university; Increasing the educational level of experts and helping the university to improve the competitive aspects of the industry.
