پايداري يكي از مهمترين و فراگيرترين جريان هاي معاصر است كه همه ابعاد زندگي انسان را تحت تأثير قرار داده است. از تفاوت هاي مهم توسعه پايدار با اشكال ديگر توسعه، توجه به منابع انساني است. يكي از مهمترين ابزار توسعه منابع انساني در توسعه پايدار، آموزش در سطوح مختلف است كه موجبات بالندگي افراد را در زمينه هاي مختلف فراهم مي آورد. مطابق اصول آموزش براي توسعه پايدار، افزايش آگاهي افراد جامعه اولين و ضروري ترين اقدام در اين جهت است كه بر عهده آموزش عالي نهاده شده است. بنابراين آموزش از اركان اصلي نهادينه سازي توسعه پايدار در جامعه شناسايي شده است و اساس توسعه پايدار كشور از مسير آموزش عالي ميگذرد، لذا در اين پژوهش به مطالعه آموزش عالي به عنوان اصلي ترين ارگان آموزشي و خط مقدم پياده سازي توسعه پايدار در راستاي تأمين سرمايه انساني كشور و همچنين الگوي آموزش در توسعه پايدار با تأكيد بر تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه پرداخته شده است. نظر به اينكه توسعه پايدار در هر كشور و در حوزه هاي مختلف، تعريف متنوع و چالش هاي متفاوتي داشته و در نتيجه راهكارهاي متفاوت براي دستيابي به آن وجود خواهد داشت. لذا باز تعريف و شناسايي ابعاد توسعه پايدار در برنامه هاي آموزشي كشور ضروري به نظر ميرسد. اين پژوهش راهكارهاي عملياتي را براي برنامه ريزان و سياست گذاران به همراه دارد.

Sustainability is one of the most important and pervasive contemporary trends that has affected all aspects of human life. One of the important differences between sustainable development and other forms of development is attention to human resources. One of the most important tools for human resource development in sustainable development is education at different levels, which provides opportunities for the growth of people in different fields. According to the principles of education for sustainable development, increasing the awareness of society is the first and most necessary action in this direction, which is the responsibility of higher education. Therefore, education has been identified as one of the main pillars of institutionalizing sustainable development in society, and the basis of sustainable development of the country is through higher education.Therefore, in this research, the study of higher education as the main educational body and the front line of sustainable development implementation in the direction of providing the country s human capital, as well as the model of education in sustainable development, has been studied. Considering that sustainable development in each country and in different fields has different definitions and different challenges, and as a result, there will be different solutions to achieve it. It seems necessary to redefine and identify the dimensions of sustainable development in the .country s educational programs. This research brings operational solutions for planners and policy makers
