ارائه چارچوبي براي طراحي و راه اندازي دوره هاي مديريت تخصصي فعاليت هاي اقتصادي با تاكيد بر تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه

Providing a framework for designing and launching economic activities specialized management courses with an emphasis on interaction between industry and university

مطالعه و بررسي ارتباط بين دانشگاه و صنعت، پديده ناهمخواني بين تحصيل و شغل را به عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين چالش‌هاي اساسي بازار كار در ايران، نشان مي دهد. نمونه اي از ناهمخواني تحصيل- شغل، عدم تناسب مدرك و تخصص دانشگاهي مديران با دانش و مهارت هاي لازم براي مديريت يك بنگاه اقتصادي مي باشد. نقش مديريت در توسعه كمي و كيفي فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي بسيار تعيين كننده است و آموزش افراد توانمند در اين حوزه از اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار مي‌باشد. فراهم ساختن و به‌كارگيري صحيح عناصر تشكيل دهنده يك فعاليت اقتصادي، مستلزم مديريتي متخصص، آگاه و توانمند مي‌باشد. مديريت در دنياي امروز علاوه بر هنر ذاتي، علمي است كه از طريق آموزش كسب مي‌گردد. اين در حالي است كه نظام آموزش مديريت كنوني نتوانسته است پاسخگوي نياز مديريت تخصصي فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي باشد. بنابراين طراحي و استقرار نظام آموزشي كه بتواند افرادي با توانايي ذاتي مديريتي را جذب نموده و مهارت‌هاي مورد نياز مديريتي و همچنين مهارت‌هاي فني و تخصصي متناسب با فعاليت‌ اقتصادي مورد نظر را آموزش دهد، ضرورتي است كه در اين مقاله بدان پرداخته شده است و هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، ارائه چارچوبي براي طراحي دوره‌هاي مديريت تخصصي است كه افراد واجد شرايط با گذراندن اين دوره‌ها قادر خواهند بود تا در ايجاد و يا اداره بنگاه‌هاي اقتصادي مرتبط با فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي كه آموزش ديده‌اند، مبادرت نمايند.

Studying and investigating the relationship between university and industry shows the phenomenon of mismatch between education and job as one of the most important fundamental challenges of the labor market in Iran. An example of the discrepancy between education and work is the lack of degree and academic expertise of managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage an economic enterprise. The role of management is very decisive in the quantitative and qualitative development of economic activities, and the training of capable people in this field is of special importance. Provision and proper use of the constituent elements of an economic activity requires expert, knowledgeable and capable management. Management in today s world is a science that is acquired through education, in addition to an inherent art. Meanwhile, the current management education system has not been able to respond to the need for specialized management of economic activities. Therefore, the design and establishment of an educational system that can attract people with inherent managerial abilities and teach the required managerial skills as well as technical and specialized skills appropriate to the desired economic activity is a necessity that has been addressed in this article. The main goal of this research is to provide a framework for designing specialized management courses that qualified people who pass these courses will be able to create or manage economic enterprises related to the economic and industrial activities they have been trained in.
