مروري تلفيقي بر مدل هاي تعامل چندجانبه با محوريت صنعت و دانشگاه

University-Industry-Based Multiple Interaction Models, an integrative review approach

با افزايش روزافزون تعاملات و ارتباطات در اركان سه گانه دانشگاه- صنعت- دولت ، لزوم بررسي عميق الگوهاي توسعه اين ارتباطات احساس ميشود. بدين منظور، ضمن بررسي تحقيقات قبلي، سعي شده است به بعضي مفاهيم اصلي و لازم نيز پرداخته شود. همچنين مختصري از سير تاريخي اين ارتباطات در سطح ملي و بين المللي، جهت درك بهتر و آشنايي بيشتر محققين و علاقمندان به حوزه سياست علم، تكنولوژي و ابداعات ذكر شود. مطالعه و مقايسه روند همكاري دانشگاه ها و صنايع در جوامع مختلف، مسيرحركت آنها، سازوكارهاي استفاده شده و نتايج حاصل از اين ارتباط، جهت حصول يك يا چند مدل و الگوهاي مناسب جهت ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت حائز اهميت است. تغييرات سريعي كه در دنياي امروز در حال وقوع است، دولت ها، دانشگاه ها وصنعت را به جهتي سوق داده است كه براي ايجاد ثروت ملي، با هم در ارتباط بوده و همزمان از علم وتكنولوژي جهت حصول «اهداف مشترك» استفاده كنند. اين تغييرات ناشي از تحولاتي است كه در عرصه هاي نوآوري، رقابت و ارتباطات بين دانشگاه، دولت و صنعت به وقوع پيوسته است. توسعه علم، فناوري و ارتباط متقابل دانشگاه با صنعت يكي از اركان مهم توسعه و ترقي مستمر در كشورهاي در حال توسعه مثل كشور ما ميباشد. دانشگاه و صنعت دو نهاد كليدي در هر جامعه اي محسوب ميشوند و از انجاييكه توسعه همه جانبه جوامع و كشورها تا حد زيادي ناشي از استفاده همزمان و همراستا از هر كدام از اين دو نهاد در جهت رفع نيازهاي همديگر و ساير اركان ميباشد، نظر محققين را به خود جلب كرده است و مقوله ارتباط مستمر و پايدار بين دانشگاه و صنعت مورد توجه سياست هاي كشوري نيز بوده است.

With the ever-increasing interaction and communication in the three pillars of university-industry-government, the need to deeply examine the development patterns of these communications is felt. For this purpose, while reviewing the previous researches, it has been tried to address some main and necessary concepts. Also, a more specific history of these communications at the national and international level should be mentioned for a better understanding and familiarization of researchers and those interested in the field of science, technology and innovation policy. It is important to study and compare the process of collaboration between universities and industries in different societies, their movement paths, the mechanisms used and the results of this relationship, in order to obtain one or more suitable models and models for the relationship between universities and industry. The rapid changes that are taking place in today s world have pushed governments, universities and industry in a direction to connect with each other to create national wealth and simultaneously use science and technology to achieve common goals . These changes are caused by developments that have taken place in the fields of innovation, competition and communication between universities, government and industry. The development of science, technology and mutual connection between universities and industry is one of the important pillars of continuous development and progress in developing countries like our country. University and industry are two key institutions in any society, and since the all-round development of societies and countries is largely due to the simultaneous and coordinated use of each of these two institutions in order to meet the needs of each other and other elements, the opinion of researchers has attracted attention and the category of continuous and stable connection between university and industry has been the focus of national policies.
