تاثير عملكرد مراكز كارآفرين بر پيشرفت كسب و كارهاي دانش بنيان

The effect of the performance of entrepreneur centers on the progress of knowledge-based businesses

زماني اقتصاد يك كشور و كسب وكارهاي يك كشور شكوفا و مورد پيشرفت و توسعه قرار مي گيرند كه بسترهاي مناسب براي نوآوري در ان وجود داشته باشد .حركت سريع و رسيدن به پيشرفت نيازمند حضور فعالان كارآفرين در حوزه اقتصاد است. براي دستيابي به پيشرفت در كسب و كارهاي دانش بنيان مي توان از كارآفرينان و پژوهشگران به جهت سرمايه گذاري در اين حوزه استفاده كرد . در كسب و كارهاي دانش بنيان،رشد اقتصادي و ايجاد اشتغال، متناسب با ظرفيت نوآوري تحقق مييابد و اين عامل مهمي در ايجاد نوآوري و بهره برداري از توان فناوري در اقتصاد ملي است.به همين جهت در ادامه به بررسي ويژگي هاي كسب و كارهاي دانش بنيان، و بررسي تاثيرات مراكز كارآفرين بر پيشرفت كسب و كارهاي دانش بنيان خواهيم پرداخت و وراهكارهايي را جهت راه اندازي و توسعه اين كسب و كارها در كشور ارائه خواهيم داد. در اين راستا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسي تاثير عملكرد مراكز كارآفرين بر پيشرفت كسب و كارهاي دانش بنيان است. اين مطالعه به روش كتابخوانه اي تبيين شده و نتايج حاصل از بررسي نشان مي‌دهد كه توجه به مراكزكارآفريني مهمترين مقوله بوده و در اين ميان مولفه‌هايي چون دستيابي به منابع مالي،تعليم و آموزش كار‌آفريني،توانايي توليد كالاهاي با‌كيفيت و فرهنگ پشتيبان و محرك نوآوري از بالاترين اولويت و اهميت برخوردارند.

When the economy of a country and the businesses of a country are flourishing and progressing and developing when there are suitable platforms for innovation in it. Fast movement and achieving progress requires the presence of entrepreneurial activists in the field of economy. To achieve progress in knowledge-based businesses, entrepreneurs and researchers can be used to invest in this field. In knowledge-based businesses, economic growth and job creation are realized in proportion to the capacity of innovation, and this is an important factor in creating innovation and exploiting the power of technology in the national economy. For this reason, we will continue to investigate the characteristics of knowledge-based businesses, and the effects of entrepreneur centers on the progress of knowledge-based businesses, and we will provide solutions for launching and developing these businesses in the country. In this regard, the present study aims to investigate the effect of the performance of entrepreneur centers on the progress of knowledge-based businesses. This study is explained in a bibliographic way and the results of the investigation show that attention to entrepreneurship centers is the most important category and among these components such as access to financial resources, entrepreneurship education and training, the ability to produce quality goods and a culture that supports and stimulates innovation from the highest They have priority and importance.
