در دنياي امروز، رابطه اي مستقيم بين توسعه تكنولوژي و پيشرفت در ابعاد مختلف اجتماعي، اقتصادي و سياسي هر كشور برقرار است. به طوري كه مي توان گفت تكنولوژي عامل اساسي براي ايجاد ثروت، دانايي و توانايي كشورها بوده و ابزاري قدرتمند در توسعه ملي به شمار مي آيد. تكنولوژي طبق تعريف اسكاپ، چهار ركن اساسي دارد : انسان ، ماشين ، سازمان و اطلاعات كه تعامل اينها با يكديگر موجب رشد و توسعه اقتصادي مي شوند.از ميان چهار ركن تكنولوژي، انسان نقش محوري و بنيادي دارد . استفاده از بهترين و مدرن ترين ماشين آلات بدون نيروي انساني متخصص و ماهر ممكن نيست. اينجاست كه اهميت دانشگاه بيش از پيش روشن مي شود. چرا؟چون دانشگاه محل تربيت نيروي انساني متخصص و ماهر است و اگر اين نيروي انساني متخصص بتواند دانش و مهارت خود را در عرصه توليد و صنعت به كار ببرد ، موجب پيشرفت خواهد شد.بنابراين ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه در هر كشوري مي تواند تأثيري تعيين كننده در رشد اقتصادي آنجا داشته باشد.اين پژوهش با راهكارهاي عملياتي را براي برنامه ريزان و سياست گذاران به همراه دارد.

In today s world, there is a direct relationship between the development of technology and progress in various social, economic and political dimensions of each country. So that it can be said that technology is a fundamental factor for creating wealth, knowledge and ability of countries and is considered a powerful tool in national development. According to the definition of SCOPE, technology has four basic pillars: human, machine, organization and information, whose interaction with each other causes economic growth and development. Among the four pillars of technology, man has a central and fundamental role. Optimum exploitation and use of the best and most modern machinery is not possible without expert and skilled manpower. This is where the importance of university becomes more clear. Because the university is a training place for specialized and skilled manpower and if this specialized manpower can use their knowledge and skills in the field of production and industry, it will lead to the progress and development of the country. Therefore, the connection between industry and university in any country can have a decisive effect on the economic growth there. This research brings operational solutions for planners and policy makers.
