اقتصاد دانش بنيان (اهميت، اهداف، ملزومات) و رابطه آن با الگوهاي تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه

Knowledge-based economy (importance, goals, requirements) and its relationship with industry and university interaction patterns

امروزه جهت گيري نوين افتصاد در كشورهاي توسعه يافته به سوي اقتصاد دانايي محور يا دانش بنيان مي باشد. در نظريات نئوكلاسيك اقتصاد، بر نقش نيروي كار و سرمايه در جهت توليد تاكيد ميشد ولي امروزه دانش را منبع اصلي اقتصاد دانش بنيان مي دانند. اقتصاد دانش بنيان مبتني بر توليد، توزيع و كاربرد دانش در جهت رسيدن به رشد اقتصادي مي باشد. از ضروريات و ملزومات رشد موفق اقتصاد دانش بنيان، ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه مي باشد كه دانشگاه نقش محوري در توليد دانش جديد داشته، صنعت نيز به منظور نيل به فناوري دانش بنيان به پيوند با دانشگاه، ايجاد مراكز تحقيقاتي و عملياتي كردن دستاوردهاي پژوهشي دانشگاه ها مبادرت مي ورزد. بررسي الگوهاي مختلف ارتباطات صنعت و دانشگاه، تاثير تعاملي اين حوزه ها بر ارتقاي نوآوري و توسعه صنعتي و به دنبال آن توسعه اجتماعي و اقتصادي مبتني بر دانش به عنوان نتيجه ي آن و توسعه اقتصاد دانش بنيان را نشان مي دهد. مقاله حاضر كه به شيوه مروري و با كمك منابع كتابخانه اي و اينترنتي تهيه شده به زمينه هاي شكل گيري اقتصاد دانش بنيان، اهميت، اهداف و ملزومات آن، پيشينه ي ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه، روش هاي برقراري ارتباط ميان اين دو حوزه، بررسي الگوهاي تحليل تعاملات صنعت و دانشگاه و تاثير آن بر گسترش موفق اقتصاد دانش بنيان مي پردازد.

Today, the new direction of economic in developed countries is towards a knowledge-based economy. In the neoclassical theories of economy, the role of labor and capital was emphasized in the direction of production, but nowadays knowledge is considered the main source of knowledge-based economy. Knowledge-based economy is based on the production, distribution and application of knowledge in order to achieve economic growth. One of the essentials for the successful growth of the knowledge-based economy is the connection between the industry and the university, The university plays a central role in the production of new knowledge and the industry also strives to achieve knowledge technology based on the link with the university, establish research centers, and operationalize the research achievements of the universities. Examining different models of industry and university communication shows the interactive effect of these fields on promoting innovation and industrial development, followed by knowledge-based social and economic development as a result and the development of knowledge-based economy. The present article, which was prepared in a review way and with the help of library and internet resources, is about the fields of formation of knowledge-based economy, its importance, goals and requirements, the background of the relationship between industry and university, the methods of establishing communication between these two areas, examining the patterns of interaction between industry and university and its impact on the successful expansion of the knowledge-based economy.
