Analyzing the effective factors in the transition of universities to third generation universities

ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت در كشور ما داراي سابقه‌اي 70 ساله برابر با عمر دانشگاه در كشور است، اما به رغم توافق عمومي بر ضرورت و اهميت اين مهم، هنوز اين رابطه سيستمي و پيوسته نيست و به شكلي گاه‌به‌گاه و گسسته وجود دارد علت اصلي آن را در رويكردهاي نظام عالي آموزش و نهادهاي اقتصادي بايد جست‌و‌جو كرد. دانشگاه ها به منظور تربيت نيروهاي انساني توانا و كارآفرين نيازمند گسترش خدمات علمي و حل مشكلات اجتماعي در راستاي بهبود زندگي مردم هستند و براي دستيابي به چنين اهدافي، ايجاد همكاري و ارتباطي منطقي با نهادهايي مثل بخش صنعت، براي دانشگاه ها ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد. با توجه به پيش زمينه هاي نظري و تجربي، اين دو نهاد به تنهايي نمي‌توانند موفقيت لازم را داشته باشند و هرگونه گسست در ارتباط آن دو باعث ايجاد خلل در فرآيند توسعه پايدار مي‌گردد. لذا پژوهش حاضر به دنبال موانع تحقق دانشگاه‌هاي نسل سوم و به تبع آن عدم تحقق تعامل با صنعت مي‌باشد.

The relationship between the university and the industry in our country has a history of 70 years, equal to the life of the university in the country, but despite the general agreement on the necessity and importance of this matter, this relationship is still not systematic and continuous and exists in an occasional and discrete form, the main reason for it. It should be searched in the approaches of the higher education system and economic institutions. In order to train capable and entrepreneurial human forces, universities need to expand scientific services and solve social problems in order to improve people s lives, and in order to achieve such goals, it seems necessary for universities to establish a logical connection and cooperation with institutions such as the industry sector. According to the theoretical and empirical backgrounds, these two institutions alone cannot have the necessary success and any break in the relationship between the two causes a disruption in the process of sustainable development. Therefore, the current research is looking for the obstacles to the realization of the third generation universities and as a result, the lack of interaction with the industry
