بررسي تأثير آموزش‌هاي مهارتي در اشتغال فارغ‌التحصيلان

Investigating the effect of skill training on the employment of graduates

يكي از موضوعاتي كه براي هر كشوري داراي مخاطرات فراواني است و زمينه‌ساز انواع فساد و تباهي در جامعه را پديد مي‌آورد، پديده بيكاري و از آن مهم‌تر بيكاري فارغ‌التحصيلان دانشگاهي است. فارغ‌التحصيلاني كه پس از طي مدت چند سال در دانشگاه‌ها و آگاهي نسبي از مسائل روز دنيا، با بازاري مواجه مي‌شوند كه عملاً براي چند كتاب و جزوه‌ي مطالعه شده‌ي آن‌ها، كاري ندارند و بازاري را مي‌بينند كه متقاضي مهارت آن‌ها نيستند. نيروي انساني فارغ‌التحصيلي كه تنها در طول دوره تحصيل به گذراندن چند واحد درسي اكتفا كرده و حتي از آن درس‌ها نمره عالي نيز اخذ كرده اما مهارتي براي ورود به بازار كار و جلب‌توجه كارفرما ندارد به‌سختي مي‌تواند به دنياي كار در جامعه وارد شود. لذا با توجه به اهميت نقش يادگيري مهارت‌هاي مختلف در طول دوران تحصيل، اين تحقيق به بررسي تأثير آموزش‌هاي مهارتي در اشتغال فارغ‌التحصيلان پرداخته است كه نتايج تحقيق به‌وضوح نشان‌دهنده تأثير مثبت آموزش‌هاي مهارتي بر امكان افزايش اشتغال فارغ‌التحصيلان است. روش تحقيق در اين مقاله، تحقيق كتابخانه‌اي است و داده‌ها با استفاده از مطالعات اسناد و نوشته‌هاي پيشين به‌دست‌آمده است.

One of the issues that has many risks for any country and creates the basis for all kinds of corruption and ruin in the society is the phenomenon of unemployment, and more importantly, the unemployment of university graduates. Graduates who, after spending a few years in universities and having a relative knowledge of the world s issues, face a market that practically has nothing to do with the few books and pamphlets they have read, and they see a market that does not demand their skills. Graduated human resources who only completed a few courses during the course of their studies and even obtained excellent marks from those courses, but do not have the skills to enter the labor market and attract the attention of employers, can hardly enter the world of work in the society. Therefore, considering the importance of the role of learning different skills during education, this research has investigated the effect of skill training on the employment of graduates, and the research results clearly show the positive effect of skill training on the possibility of increasing the employment of graduates. But the point that can be mentioned and is important is that; Appropriate skill enhancement programs and policies (personal, managerial, and technical) should be considered and followed up with proper and accurate planning in view of the increasing trend of educated manpower entering the labor market. The research method in this article is library research, and the data is obtained by studying documents and previous writings.
