چكيده فارسي :
توسعه صنعت، مبتني بر علم و نوآوري است و بدون قرارگرفتن در صف پيشروان علم و نوآوري، هيچ كشوري در پيمودن سريع مسير توسعه صنعتي موفق نخواهد بود. از آنجا كه دانش به‌گونه‌اي فزاينده جزء مهمي از نوآوري محسوب مي‌شود، دانشگاه‌ها در مقام توليدكننده دانش و نهاد انتشار آن، نقش وسيع‌تري را در نوآوري صنعتي بازي مي‌كنند. ظهور دانشگاه كارآفرين در واقع پاسخي به اهميت روزافزون دانش در نظام ملي و ناحيه‌اي نوآوري و شناخت جديد از دانشگاه است. دانشگاه كارآفرين، به محض استقرار با ايجاد كار و اشتغال‌زايي ارزش‌آفريني، موجب تحول يك كشور و تبديل اقتصاد آن به يك اقتصاد مبتني بر نوآوري شده و سبب افزايش رقابت‌پذيري جهاني آن كشور و بهبود كيفيت زندگي در آن مي‌شود. اين مقاله با بررسي عوامل تأثيرگذار بر رويكرد دانشگاه‌ها به سوي دانشگاه كارآفرين، تعريف و مفهوم دانشگاه كارآفرين را بررسي و مصاديق فعاليت‌هاي كارآفريني دانشگاهي را تبيين مي‌كند
چكيده لاتين :
The development of industry is based on science and innovation, and without being among the pioneers of science and innovation, no country will be successful in rapidly advancing the path of industrial development, since knowledge is increasingly considered an important component of innovation, universities as producers of knowledge and institutions for its dissemination. They play a wider role in industrial innovation. The emergence of entrepreneurial university is actually a response to the increasing importance of knowledge in the national and regional system of innovation and new recognition of the university. Entrepreneurial University, as soon as it is established, by creating jobs and creating value-creating jobs, has transformed a country and transformed its economy into an economy based on innovation, and has increased the global competitiveness of that country and improved the quality of life in it. This article examines the influencing factors in the approach Universities to Entrepreneurial University examines the definition and concept of entrepreneurial university and examines examples of university entrepreneurial activities
