چكيده فارسي :
ارتباط دو نهاد دانشگاه و صنعت از ضروري ترين مناسبات هر جامعه اي است كه به رشد و شكوفايي اين دو نهاد و نيز ارتقاء و بهبود شرايط كل جامعه ياري مي رساند. در واقـع، يكـي از پـر ارزش تريـن منابعي كه جامعه براي پيشرفت و توسعه در اختيار دارد، دانشگاه است. ارتقاي تكنولوژي بر نوعي زمينه سازي در جامعه متكي است؛ دانشگاه به عنوان بستر واقعي تربيت نيروي انساني در اين رابطه نقشي غيرقابل انكار دارد. در ميان كشورهاي توسعه يافته تعاملات و همكاري هاي ميان دانشگاه و صنعت به موازات يكديگر رشد يافته است. در اين كشورها اغلب تحولات صنعتي از نهاد دانشگاه آغاز گرديده و اين نهاد، پيشگام توسعه صنعتي محسوب مي شود. در مقابل، اين ارتباط در كشورهاي در حال توسعه به نوعي ضعيف و كم رنگ شكل گرفته است و در عمل نيز چالش هاي زيادي پيش رو دارند. در زمينه مهمترين كاركرد هاي ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه نيز مي توان تبادل نيروي انساني بين دانشگاه و صنعت، فعاليت هاي تحقيقاتي مشترك و راه اندازي آزمايشگاه هاي تحقيقاتي مشترك، برگزاري دوره هاي آموزشي صنعتي براي دانشجويان، الگوي بازديد اساتيد و دانشجويان دانشگاه از صنعت و بالعكس، انتقال فناوري و غيره نام برد. در ايران پارك هاي علمي و تحقيقاتي ، شركت ها و مؤسسه هاي دانش بنيان، پژوهشكده و پژوهشگاه ها، مراكز رشد و نوآوري، كانون هماهنگي دانش، بازار و صنعت و ... از مهترين مراكز و نهاد هاي مي باشند كه در زمينه تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه فعاليت داشته و تا حدود زيادي در اين زمينه موفق بوده اند.

The relationship between the university and the industry is one of the most essential relations of any society, which helps the growth and prosperity of these two institutions, as well as the promotion and improvement of the conditions of the whole society. In fact, one of the most valuable resources that society has for progress and development is the university. The advancement of technology relies in a way on grounding in society; In this regard, the university has an undeniable role as a real platform for training human resources. The general purpose of this research is to analyze the interaction between industry and university. According to the results, interactions between universities and industry have grown parallel to each other among developed countries. In these countries, most of the industrial developments have started from the institution of the university and this institution is considered the pioneer of industrial development. On the other hand, this relationship in developing countries has been formed in a weak and weak way, and in practice, they face many challenges. In the field of the most important functions of the industry-university relationship, we can also mention the exchange of human resources between the university and the industry, joint research activities and the establishment of joint research laboratories, holding industrial training courses for students, the pattern of university professors and students visiting the industry and vice versa, technology transfer, etc. win. In Iran, science and research parks, knowledge-based companies and institutes, research institutes and institutes, growth and innovation centers, knowledge coordination center, market and industry, etc. are among the most important centers and institutions that are active in the field of interaction between industry and university. Many have been successful in this field. This research brings practical suggestions for planners and policy makers in the field of the studied subject
