ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه موضوعي است كه از سال هاى گذشته در جامعه مطرح بوده و اقدامات زيادى در اين زمينه به صورت تئورى و عملي از قبيل مقاله، كتاب، برگزارى سمينار و انعقاد تفاهم نامه ها و قراردادهاى همكارى انجام گرفته است. در مقاله ى حاضر، ضمن بررسي فلسفه ى ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه، نظام ها و انواع همكارى هاى صنعت و دانشگاه، چابكي سازماني نيز به عنوان عاملي كاتاليزوري مورد توجه و بررسي قرار گرفته است..چابكي يعني انعطاف‌پذيري و توانايي واكنش نشان دادن در برابر تغييرات محيطي.در ادبيات چابكي نياز به تقويت هرگز متوقف نمي‌شود،استانداردهاي امروزي روش‌هاي قديمي فردا هستند.در نتيجه در دنياي پرتلاطم و محيط متغيير امروزي به‌شدت به سازمان‌هاي چابك و هوشمند نياز دارد تا با هر تغيير و پيشامد ناگهاني به نحو مطلوب انعطاف لازم و عكس‌العمل مطلوب را نشان دهند.بنابراين، اگر دانشگاه و صنعت چابكي سازماني را سر لوحه ي كار خود قرار دهند مي توانند با ارتباط و همكاري حداكثري بيشترين تعامل را با هم داشته باشند و در تشخيص فرصت ها و نياز هاي روز جامعه با اقدامات صحيح كشور را از رشد سريع اقتصادى برخوردار كرده و توسعه ى صنعتي را كه مهمترين راه خاتمه دادن به عقب ماندگي اقتصادى است (و تحقق آن مستلزم استفاده و كاربرد وسيع دستاوردهاى علمي است)محقق كند.

The relationship between industry and university is a topic that has been discussed in the society since the past years and many measures have been taken in this field in the form of theoretical and practical articles, books, holding seminars and concluding memorandums of understanding and cooperation contracts. In this article, while examining the philosophy of the relationship between industry and university, the systems and types of cooperation between industry and university, organizational agility has also been considered as a catalytic factor. Agility means flexibility and the ability to react to environmental changes in the literature of agility, the need to strengthen never stops, today s standards are tomorrow s old methods. As a result, in today s turbulent world and changing environment, there is a strong need for agile and intelligent organizations to cope with every change. and show the necessary flexibility and the desired reaction to the sudden event. Therefore, if the university and the industry put organizational agility at the top of their agenda, they can interact with each other with maximum communication and cooperation, and in recognizing the opportunities and needs of the society, with the right measures, the country will enjoy rapid economic growth. and realize industrial development, which is the most important way to end economic backwardness (and its realization requires the extensive use and application of scientific achievements).
