چكيده فارسي :
در عصر دانايي، الزام تعامل بين مراكز علمي و اجرايي، بيش‌ازپيش محسوس گرديده است. براي زندگي بهتر و توأم با رفاه، كشور نيازمند رشد و توسعه متوازن و هماهنگ است. بنابراين بايد نظام‌ها و نهادهاي مختلف اجتماعي و اقتصادي، در مسير دستيابي به اين هدف از هماهنگي و ارتباطي پويا برخوردار باشند و با همكاري‌هاي متقابل، راه دستيابي به توسعه متوازن و پايدار را هموار سازند. بر همين اساس دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات پژوهشي به عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين نهادهاي علمي كشور، بايد نسبت به نيازهاي جامعه پاسخگو باشند و در اين راستا تلاشي همه‌جانبه براي رفع مسائل از خود نشان دهند. از طرفي بحران‌ها و مشكلات كنوني، موجه‌ترين دليل براي انديشيدن پيرامون آينده است. اين وضعيت، اهميت و ضرورت آينده‌پژوهي را در بسياري از كشورها تائيد كرده است و آن را به عنوان اقدامي زيربنايي براي ساخت آينده مطلوب مطرح كرده است. در ايران، آينده‌پژوهي اندك زماني است به عرصه سياست‌گذاري وارد شده است و شمار اندكي از نيروهاي كارآزموده كشور از آن بهره مي‌گيرند. ازاين‌رو اگر آينده‌پژوهي بخواهد به رسالت خود عمل كند و جهان را به جاي بهتري براي زيستن تبديل كند، بايد به عنوان يك جنبش اجتماعي مطرح شود. همچنين گفتمان‌ها در جامعه يك ديدگاه مسلط است. گاهي اين گفتمان آن‌چنان ذهن‌ها را به هم نزديك مي‌كند كه باعث عملكرد مشترك مي‌شود. بنابراين با تغيير گفتمان مي‌توان شاهد بروز رفتارهاي جديدتر و بهبوديافته‌تر بود و اگر گفتماني از هم بپاشد رفتار افراد و سازمان‌ها متفاوت مي‌گردد. در مطالعه حاضر برگرفته از مرور ادبياتي از متون موجود و كارهاي علمي انجام شده در حوزه آينده‌پژوهي، دانشگاه، صنعت و چگونگي ايجاد تعامل بين دانشگاه و صنعت، به بررسي ضرورت انجام مطالعات آينده‌پژوهي براي بهبود تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه با تأكيد بر تغيير گفتمان‌ها در حيطه و ايجاد يك جنبش اجتماعي با در نظر گرفتن تمام ذي‌نفعان در اين عرصه، مي‌پردازد و مطالعات آينده‌پژوهي را الزامي براي بهبود تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه معرفي مي‌كند. اين پژوهش راهكارهاي عملياتي را براي برنامه‌ريزان و سياست‌گذاران به همراه دارد.

In the age of knowledge, the necessity of interaction between scientific and executive centers has become more obvious than in the past. For a better life and prosperity, the country needs balanced and harmonious growth and development. Therefore, different social systems and institutions should have dynamic coordination and communication in the path of achieving this goal and pave the way to balanced and sustainable development with mutual cooperation. Accordingly, universities and research institutes, as one of the most important scientific institutions of the country, must be responsive to the needs of the society and in this regard, show an all-out effort to solve the problems. On the other hand, current crises and problems are the most justified reason to think about the future. This situation has proved the importance and necessity of future research in many countries and has proposed it as a basic measure to build a desirable future. In Iran, futurology has entered the field of policy-making for a short time, and a small number of experienced forces of the country take advantage of it. Therefore, if future research wants to fulfill its mission and make the world a better place to live, it should be presented as a social movement. Also, discourses are a dominant point of view in society. Sometimes this discourse brings minds so close together that it causes joint action. Therefore, by changing the discourse, we can witness the emergence of new behaviors, and if a discourse breaks down, the behavior of individuals and organizations will be different. In the present study, based on the literature review of existing texts and scientific works done in the field of futurology, university, industry and how to create interaction between university and industry, to investigate the necessity of conducting futurology studies to improve the interaction between industry and university with emphasis on changing discourses and creating A social movement takes into account all the stakeholders in this field and introduces future studies as a requirement to improve the interaction between industry and academia.
